Claims (2)

  1. 장방형의 판체의 긴쪽 방향 위치에 등간격으로 상기 판체의 긴쪽 방향선에 대하여 소요의 경사각을 두어 교차하는 경사장공과 상기 경사장공에 연접시키고 상기 긴쪽 방향선의 방향으로 근소하게 연장하는 구멍의 2부분에서 룩홈을 형성하는 공정과, 전공정에서 록홈을 형성한 판체를 한겹감기에 의하여 통형상체를 형성하는 공정과, 유체 통로를 축방향으로 관통시켜 형성한 소켓 어댑터에 전공정에서 형성한 통형상체를 상기 유체 통로와 동심으로 고정하는 통형상체 장치 공정과, 소켓 어댑터의 상기 유체 통로와 거의 동일 직경의 유체 통로를 동축방향으로 관통시킨 소켓 주통체를 전공정에서 통형상체를 장치한 소켓 어댑터에 밀봉 개재시켜 회전 가능하게 끼우는 소켓 주통체와 소켓 어댑터의 끼워맞춤 공정과, 상기 통형상체의 록홈을 통하여 소켓 주통체 핀을 끼운 공정으로 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관커플링 소켓 제조 방법.
  2. 장방형의 판체의 긴쪽 방향적 위치에 등간격으로 상기 판체의 긴쪽 방향선에 직교하고 장변부에 대하여 개구되는 장공과 상기 장공에 연접하고 상기 긴쪽 방향선에 대하여 소요의 경사각으로 교차되는 경사장공과 이 경사장공에 연접되어 상기 긴쪽 방향선의 방향에 근소하게 연장하는 구멍의 3부분에서 록홈을 형성하는 공정과, 전고정에서 록홈을 형성한 판체를 한겹감기에 의하여 소켓주통체를 형성하는 통형상체 형성 공정과, 유체 통로를 축방향으로 관통시켜 형성한 소켓 어댑터에 전공정에서 형성한 소켓 주통체를 상기 록홈의 개구를 외향으로 하여 상기 유체 통로와 동심으로 고정되는 소켓 주통체 장치 공정으로 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관커플링 소켓 제조 방법.
