Claims (2)

  1. 세절한 돈골(혹은 돈골과 계골)을 피빼기를 한 후 에틸렌 디아민 테트라초산(Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetid Acid) 0.2-2.0%를 첨가하여 열수추출함을 특징으로 하는 엑기스계 조미료의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서 추출시 마늘, 생강, 양파, 파를 원료돈골(혹은 돈골과 계골)량의 0.5, 0.3, 1.0, 3.0%를 첨가하는 방법.
