자동차의 비상등 점등장치

본 고안은 자동차의 운행시 충돌 또는 급제동시 자동으로 비상등이 점등될 수 있도록한 자동차의 비상등 점등장치에 관한 것으로써, 본 고안은 본인의 선출원 고안인 (실용신안등록원 제88-15581호)자동차의 비상등 점등장치에 대한 개량된 고안으로써 이를 첨부된 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
자동차의 충돌 또는 급제동시 웨이트의 수평이동운동으로 인하여 레러가 작동하고 그로 인하여 스위치가 작동하여 램프가 점등되는 자동차의 비상등 점등장치에 있어서, 본 고안의 본체 케이스(18) 내부에 각각의 접점(5)(6)(10)과 전자석 철심(11)을 구성시킨 S/W 작동부(19)를 형성시킴과 아울러 제 1 도의 도시에서보는 바와 같이 각각의 접점(7)(8)(9)과 자성체 철편(12)을 구성시키고 선단부를 통상의 작동로프(3)에 고정 연결시킨 작동레버(2)를 본체 케이스(18) 우측 하단부에 힌지(20)로써 조립시키고, 또 통상의 작동로프(3)는 안내간(4)을 통하여 중앙공간부에 형성된 통상의 작동추(1)의 상.하단부에 각각 고정 연결시킨 후 본체 케이스의 상부면에 고정시켜 자동차의 충돌 또는 급제동시 작동추(1)의 수평이동운동으로 인하여 작동로프(3)가 상부로 당겨지고 그로인하여 작동레버(2)가 힌지(20)를 축으로하여 원운동을 함으로써 각각의 접점부가 연결되어 스위치가 작동되는 구조이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안의 작용효과는 다음과 같다.
본인의 선출원 자동차의 비상등 점등장치의 작동구조는 본체 내부에 구성된 웨이트(21)의 수평이동운동으로 인하여 작동되나 작동 웨이트(23)가 제 3 도의 도시와 같이 본체 내부의 설치대(24)와 돌기부(25)에 좌우로 각각의 스프링(26)(27)에 연결되어 스프링의 탄성에 의해 설치대상에서 미끄럼 운동으로 작동되나 미끄럼 마찰 계수로 인한 웨이트의 마모성과 자동차의 운행상태에 따른 좌우 릴레이(16)(17)에 연결된 오르막 운행시와 내리막 운행시 스프링의 선택등에도 문제점이 야기되는 것이다.
본 고안은 이러한 본인의 선출원 고안의 결점들을 보완한 것으로써 보다 간단한 구조로서 효과를 얻기 위한 것으로 본고안의 구조설명에서 보는 바와 같이 작동추(1)의 수평이동운동으로 인하여 제 1 도의 도시와 같이 작동로프(3)가 당겨지고 작동로프에 연결된 작동레버(2)가 힌지(20)를 축으로 하는 원운동에 의해 각각의 접점이 연결되어 본 고안이 작동하게 되는데 접점(5)(6)은 각각의 전원(21)에 연결된 각각의 접점(7)(8)의 연결에 의해 작동되고, 접점(9)은 단독으로 전원에 연결되어 전자석 철심(11)에 연결된 접점(10)과 연결되어 전자석 철심에 자기장을 형성시켜 전자석 철심(11)과 철편(12)이 접점(10)에 전원을 공급시켜주는 접점(9)을 단독으로 전원에 연결시킨 이유는 램프(22)를 OFF시킬 때 스위치의 순간적인 OFF작동으로 자력이 소멸되지 않음으로 인해 스위치를 OFF시킨후에도 램프(22)는 계속 작동하게 되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 단독으로 전원에 연결시킨 것이다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 차량의 운행시 충돌 또는 급제동시 뒤따르던 차량이 이를 식별하여 감속 또는 제동시켜 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있는 것으로서 매우 유용하고도 실용적인 고안인 것이다.

  1. 자동차의 충돌 또는 급제동시 웨이트의 수평이동운동으로 인하여 레버가 작동하고 그로인하여 스위치가 작동하여 램프가 점등되는 자동차의 비상등 점등장치에 있어서, 본 고안의 본체 케이스(18)내부에 각각의 접점(5)(6)(10)과 전자석 철심(11)를 구성시킨 S/W 작동부(19)를 형성시킴과 아울러 제 1 도의 도시에서 보는 바와 같이 각각의 접점(7)(8)(9)과 자성체 철편(12)을 구성시키고, 선단부를 작동로프(3)에 고정연결시킨 작동레버(2)를 본체 케이스(18) 우측 하단부에 힌지(20)로서 조립시키고, 통상의 작동추(1)와 작동로프(3) 및 안내간(4)의 작동으로 작동레버(2)가 힌지(20)를 축으로 인하여 원운동을 함으로서 각각의 접점부가 연결되어 스위치가 작동되는 구조로 됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 비상등 점등장치.
