제2a, b도는 본 발명에 의한 칼라음극선관의 형광막 제조 방법에 있어서, 패널내면에 형광체 분말을 노즐로써 분사도포할 때에 형광체 분사영역을 나타내 보인 것임.
Claims (1)
- 감광성 수지층이 형성된 패널(P)의 바닥면(PT)에 분말 형광체를 분사도포하도록 하는 분말 형광체 도포공정을 갖는 형광막 제조방법에 있어서, 상기의 형광막 도포공정 중에서 분말 형광체가 분사되는 분사영역(A2)을 패널(P)의 바닥면(PT)의 높이 또는 폭보다 작은 폭을 가지는 띠상으로 형성되도록 하여, 상기 분사영역(A2)을 상기 패널(P)의 바닥면(PT)을 수직 또는 수평방향으로 왕복 이동시키도록 하여서 상기 패널(P)의 바닥면(PT)전체에 분말 형광체가 고루 도포되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라음극선관의 형광막 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
