Abstract

본 발명은 패널의 알루미늄막 증착방법에 관한 것으로, 패널의 내주면에 형성되는 형광체막의 손상을 방지하도록 된 패널의 알루미늄막 증착방법에 있어서, 상기 패널의 내주면에 블랙 스트라이프를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 단계후, 블랙 스트라이프 사이의 홀에 칼라를 나타내는 형광체를 순차적으로 도포하는 단계와, 상기 단계후, 형광체막 위에 형성되는 알루미늄막의 증착량을 3~3.5%로 증착시키는 단계로 이루어진 것으로, 형광체 입자의 손상방지을 방지하고, 이에 따른 이 형광체막의 발광을 효율적으로 극대화하여, 결국 휘도를 향상시키게 되는 것이다.

  1. 패널의 내주면에 형성되는 형광체막의 손상을 방지하도록 된 패널의 알루미늄막 증착방법에 있어서, 상기 패널의 내주면에 블랙 스트라이프를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 단계후, 블랙 스트라이프 사이의 홀에 칼라를 나타내는 형광체를 순차적으로 도포하는 단계와, 상기 단계후, 형광체막 위에 형성되는 알루미늄막의 증착량을 3~3.5%로 증착시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 패널의 알루미늄막 증착방법.
