본 고안은 하나의 입력선과 다수의 출력선을 결속시켜 줄수 있게된 터미날을 원형(순동 99.9%에 주석도금을 시킴)으로 형성하되 외부에는 절연성의 피복층(Nylon 66,UL99, V-O등)을 취급에 편리하도록 도포시키고 사요시 압착기로 압인하여 전선을 이음매 없이 견고하게 결속시키게된 코오드 결속구에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 세탁기나 냉장고 등의 배선을 입력선과 출력선을 결속시키면서 결속된 부위에 열수축성 튜브 또는 테이프로 감싸주게 되었으나 이러한 전원 연결 부위는 산업기계의 취급시 습기가 침투되며 열수축성 튜브나 테이프가 결속부 위로부터 분리되는 사례가 생기고 심지어는 감전사고를 유발하게 되었다.
이상과 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 본 고안을 첨부도면에 의해 그구조와 작용효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
절연체로 형성된 결속구(1)의 전면 삽입부(2)와 단턱(3)을 형성한 삽입구(2A)내단에 밀폐시켜 놓은 결속구(1)내로 순동과 주석도금을 시킨 원형관(4)을 삽입하면서 원형관(4)의 확개된 링턱(6)을 삽입구(2A)의 단턱에 끼워 맞춤 되도록 조립된 결속구(1)의 삽입구(2)(2A)외면 중간에 경사면(5)을 형성한 것이다.
이상과 같은 결속구(1)의 삽입구(2)에서 삽입구(2A)의 원형관(4)내로 세탁기 또는 냉장고의 입력 전원선과 배선될 다수의 출력선의 연결부를 함께 묶어 끼워 놓을 때 피복된 전원 코오드는 결속구(1)의 삽입구(2)내부 경사면(5)에 접촉되고 철심의 연결부가 원형관(4)내로 삽입되는데 이때 피복된 전원 코오드는 결속구(1)의 삽입구(2)에 철심은 결속구(1)의 삽입구(2A)내의 원형관(4)에 설치되어 결속부의가 은닉된 상태로 내외면을 격리시키게 되어 입력선과 다수의 출력선을 통해 전류가 흐르게 될 경우 습한 공기의 침습을 막으며 매듭부위가 없는 상태로 간편하게 배선 연결을 할수 있으며 삽입구(2)(2A)의 외면 중간에 경사면(5)가 있어 전선의 철심이 용이하게 삽입되므로 냉장고 또는 세탁기의 제조측이나 구입자들이 배선 취급에 불편등을 완전히 배제하도록 안출된 새로운 고안이다.

- 결속구(1)의 삽입구(2A)내로 원형관(4)을 끼워 맞춤할때 원형관(4)의 확개된 링턱(6)은 삽입구(2A)의 단턱(3)에 일체로 결합되어 있으며 결속구(1)의 원형관(4)내로 전원코오드선의 다수의 철심 연결부가 삽입시 전원코오드선의 피복층이 결속구(1)의 삽입구(2)내로 내외면을 차단하도록 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 코오드 결속구.
