Claims (1)

  1. 콘덴서의 양단부에 일정전압을 인가하는 정전압전원과, 상기 전원으로부터 유출하는 전류를 측정하는 전류측정수단과, 콘덴서에 충전된 전하를 방전하는 방전회로와, 방전전류를 검출하는 방전전류 검출회로를 가지고, 상기 방전전류검출회로에 있어서 방전전류를 검출해서 콘덴서와의 접속의 양부를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연저항 측정장치.
