본 고안은 아이스크림용기를 화분 또는 보냉기밀 용기로 사용할 수 있도록 개량한 것이다.
종래 아이스크림용기는 카톤팩으로 제작하여 아이스크림용기 이외에는 다른 용도로 사용할 수 없고 특히 남은 아이스크림을 보관하기 위하여 개봉된 뚜껑자체로는 보냉유지가 곤란한 단점이 있었다.
본 고안은 따라서 위와같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여 먹다남은 아이스크림을 보관할 때 용기뚜껑을 원터치식으로 누르면 뚜껑의 안쪽 신축홈에 용기 주둥이에 형성된 칼날상의 기밀상단이 맞물려 보냉유지에 효과적이며 아이스크림을 다 먹은후에는 뚜껑을 화분받침대로 사용하거나 용기 바닥과 주벽 리브에 각각 형성한 원형의 대소 압인부를 뚫어 배구공과 화분걸이 구멍으로 응용할 수 있어 아이스크림 용기를 다양하게 사용할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다.
이하 첨부된 도면에 따라 본 고안의 실시예를 상세히 설명한다.
즉 제 1 도 및 제 2 도는 본 고안의 예시도로서 플라스틱 성형중인 아이스크림용기(1)에는 하향경사진 주벽리브(2)와 용기주둥이에 칼날상의 기밀상단(3)이 구성되고 용기바닥으로 소정의 위치에 화분배수공으로 사용할 수 있는 원형의 압인부(4)가 구비되어 있다.
또 용기뚜껑(6)의 안쪽에는 화분받침으로 사용할 때 배수의 담지력을 향상시켜 물이 고이도록 요면(7)이 형성되고 뚜껑중심으로부터 연결된 지지편(8)에는 각각 용기 받침(5)이 삽입되는 결합홈(8a)이 있다.
아울러 먹다남은 아이스크림을 보관하기 위하여 용기뚜껑(6)을 용기(1)본체에 원터치식으로 눌러 기밀을 유지하도록 뚜껑가장자리에 신축홈(9)이 마련되어 있기 때문에 용기의 기밀상단(3)과 결합됨으로써 뚜껑을 개봉한 후에도 다시 기밀을 유지할 수 있어 보냉유지에 효과적이며 이러한 용기는 김치통으로 사용하게 되면 개폐회수에 관계없이 뚜껑결합부위의 기밀이 양호하여 냉장고의 내부에 냄새로 인한 악취를 방지할 수 있는 것이다.
제 3 도는 본 고안의 사용상태를 나타낸다.
아이스크림용기의 내용물이 빈 상태에서 상술한 바와 같이 용기의 바닥에 있는 압인부(4)를 제거한다.
이때 제 2 도에서와 같이 본체에 비하여 비교적 얇게 형성된 압인부의 원형 가장자리는 칼집이 형성되어 힘을 주어 누르면 쉽게 뚫을 수 있다.
또 용기뚜껑(6) 안쪽의 지지편(8)에 형성된 결합홈(8a)과 용기받침(5)을 압인시켜 조립하면 그림 a와 같은 상태로 사용할 수 있으며 화분에서 배수된 물이 뚜껑의 요면에 고이도록 하여 물이 넘치는 일이 없도록 배려한 것이다.
그림 b의 경우는 용기의 경사진 주벽리브(2)에 있는 압인부(2a)를 눌러 뚫은 다음 뚜껑을 사용하지 않고 화분걸이(10)를 이용하여 화분을 걸도록 되어 있다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 내용물을 먹고난 후 아이스크림용기를 김치통 또는 화분등으로 사용할 수 있어 다용도로 사용할 수 있고 1회용 카톤팩의 아이스크림 용기를 사용후 버리는 원자재의 낭비를 줄이고 저가의 용기를 제공하는 장점이 있는 것이다.

  1. 통상의 아이스크림용기 주둥이에 형성된 칼날상의 기밀상단(3)과, 하향경사진 주벽리브(2)와, 상기 주벽과 용기바닥에 화분의 배수공 또는 화분걸이구멍을 사용할 수 있는 원형의 대소압인부(4)와, 용기뚜껑 안쪽으로 화분받침으로 이용시 배수담지력을 향상시킨 요면(7)과 뚜껑 내면에 삼방향으로 연결된 지지편(8)에 용기받침이 고정되는 결합홈(8a)과, 용기에 뚜껑을 닫을 때 용기의 기밀상단과 결합되는 뚜껑가장자리의 신축홈(9)과를 구비하여서 된 다용도 아이스크림용기.
