일성분계 자성토너를 제조함에 있어서, 결착수지로서 에폭시수지를 전체조성의 10∼80중량%로 사용하고, 폴리에스테르수지를 10∼80 중량%로 사용하며, 첨가제로서 폴리올레핀왁스 0.5~5중량%, 실란화합물 0.01~3 중량%를 각각 첨가하고 통상의 착색제 0.6~8.0중량%와 자성분말 40~60 중량%를 균질 혼합시킨 다음 분쇄시켜서 토너를 제조한후, 후처리제로서 크리닝제를 전체조성에 대해 0.01 내지 2중량% 첨가하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 일성분계 자성토너의 제조방법.In the manufacture of one-component magnetic toner, epoxy resin is used in the total composition of 10 to 80% by weight, polyester resin is used in the 10 to 80% by weight, and polyolefin wax is 0.5 to 5% by weight as an additive. 0.01 to 3% by weight of the silane compound was added, and 0.6 to 8.0% by weight of the usual colorant and 40 to 60% by weight of the magnetic powder were mixed homogeneously, and then pulverized to prepare a toner.
