Claims (13)

  1. 유효량의 완충 화합물을 혼입시킴으로써 안정화됨을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체, 할로겐-함유 지방족 내연제 및 전이 금속 화합물 첨가제를 포함아는 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체, 성형수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성형 수지 조성물이 전이금속 100ppm이상을 함유하는 중합체 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전이금속에 대한 완충 화합물의 중량비가 전이금속 1중량부당 환충 화합물 1중량부 이상인 중합체 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전이금속 화합물에 대한 완충 화합물의 중량비가 전이금속 화합물 1중량부당 완충 화합물/중량부 이상인 중합체 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 완충 화합물이 하나이상의 사나트륨 피로포스페이트(“TSPP”), 에폭시화된 대두유 또는 탄산나트륨을 포함하는 중합체 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전이금속 화합물이 철-기본 안료, 아연-기본 안료, 스테아르산 아연 이형제 또는 카드뮴-기본 안료인 중합체 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐-함유 내연제(“IR”agent)가 헥사브로모사이클도데칸(“HBCD”) 또는 염소화된 폴리에틸렌(“CPE”)인 중합체 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, HBCD 1내지 10중량부를 함유하는 중합체 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체가 폴리스티렌, 고무-개질된 폴리스티렌, 폴리(스티렌 아크릴로니트릴)(“SAN”) 또는 고무-개질된 SAN(“ABS”)인 중합체 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 수지 조성물이 중합체 조성물 100중량부당 완충화합물 및 0.2 내지 2중량부를 함유하는 중합체 조성물.
  11. 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체 수지 조성물에 할로겐화된 지방족 내연제를 가하고, 유효량의 완충 화합물을 가함으로써 전이금속 화합물을 안정화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 내연성 모노비닐리덴 방향족 중합체 수지 조성물로부터 성형제품을 제조하기 위한 사출 성형 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 수지 조성물이 전이금속 10ppm이상, 및 전이금속 1중량부당 TSPP 1중량부 이상을 함유하는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 수지 조성물이 중합체 조성물 100중량부당 완충 화합물 0.2 내지 2중량부를 함유하는 방법.
