Claims (14)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 그들의 제약학적으로 허용가능한 염;

CONH, C=S, O.C=S, C=S,O.CH.SH.SONH.SO2NH,O.SONH.O.SO2NH.CO-CH=CH,C=NHOH.C=NNH2임)이거나 RyRzNZ-기 (여기서 Ry 및 Rz는 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-6알킬이고, Z는 C=O, SO 또는 SO2임) 또는 (RwO)2P(O)w기 (여기서, Rw는 수소 또는 C1-6알킬이고 W는 0또는 결합임)이거나, R1은 히드록시, C1-6알콕시, 한 개 또는 두 개의 C1-6알킬기에 의해 임의로 치환된 아미노, C1-7알카노일아미노, C3-8시클로알킬옥시 또는 C3-8시클로알킬아미노인기에 의해 임의로 치환된 C1-6알킬기 또는 C3-8시클로알킬기이고, R2는 수소이거나, R1및 R2중의 하나는 니트로, 시아노, 또는 C1-3알킬카르보닐기이고 다른 하나는 니트로, 시아노, 할로, C1-3알킬카르보닐, 메톡시 또는 한 개 또는 두 개의 C1-6알킬 또는 C2-7알카노일에 의해 임의로 치환된 아미노로부터 선택되는 상이한 기이거나, R1및 R2는 부착된 탄소원자와 함께 2,1,3-옥사디아졸 또는 트리아졸을 형성하거나, R3및 R4중 하나는 수소 또는 C1-4알킬이고 다른 하나는 C1-4알킬이거나, R3및 R4는 함께 C2-5폴리메틸렌이고, R5는 수소, 히드록시, C1-6알콕시 또는 C1-7아실옥시 또는 ONO2이고, R6는 수소이거나, R5및 R6는 함께 결합이고, R7은 임의로 치환된 페닐이고, 피리도닐 부분은 R5가 히드록시, C1-6알콕시, C1-7아실옥시 또는 ONO2일 때 R5기에 대해 트랜스이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Y가 C-R1이고 a 및 b가 함께 -O- 연결인 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1이 니트로, 시아노, 아세틸, CF3, C2F5또는 C1-4알킬이고 R2가 수소인 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R1이 시아노인 화합물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R3및 R4모두가 메틸기인 화합물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R5가 히드록시이고 R6가 수소이거나 R5및 R6가 함께 결합인 화합물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R7이 치환되지 않은 페닐인 화합물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R7이 니트로 또는 아미노기에 의해 치환된 페닐인 화합물.
  9. 6-시아노-2,2-디메틸-4-(2-옥소-4-페닐-1,2-디히드로피리딜)-2H-1-벤조피란, (±)-트랜스-6-시아노-3,4-디히드로-2,2-디메틸-4-(4-(3-니트로페닐)-2-옥소-1,2-디히드로피리딜)-2H-1-벤조피란-3-올, (±)-트랜스-4-(4-(3-아미노페닐)-2-옥소-1,2-디히드로 피리딜)-6-시아노-3,4-디히드로-2,2-디메틸-2H-1-벤조피란-3-올, (±)-트랜스-6-시아노-3,4-디히드로-2,2-디메틸-4-(4-(4-니트로페닐)-2-옥소-1,2-디히드로피리딜(2H-1-벤조피란-3-올.6-시아노-2,2-디메틸-4-(4-(4-니트로페닐)-2-옥소-1,2-디히드로피리딜-2H-1-벤조피란 및 4-(4-(4-아미노페린)-2-옥소-1,2-디히드로피리딜)-6-시아노-2,2-디메틸-2H-1-벤조피란으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물.
  10. 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물:
    을 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물:
    (여기서, Y′ 및 R2′는 각각 제1항에서 정의한 Y 및 R2또는 그것으로 전환될 수 있는 부분임)과 반응 시키고 나서, 만일 원하거나 필요하다며, Y′및/또는 R2′를 Y 및/또는 R2로, R7를 다른 R7으로, 결과의 R5히드록시를 다른 R5또는 R5및 R6가 함께 결합인 화합물로 전화시키고/거나 임의로, 그들의 제약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 형성시키는 것으로 구성되는 제1항의 화합물의 제조방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항의 화합물 및 제약학적으로 허용가능한 담체로 구성되는 제약학적 조성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 활성 치료학적 물질로 사용되는 화합물.
  13. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고혈압 및/또는 기도 장해의 치료에 사용되는 화합물.
  14. 고혈압 및/또는 기도장해의 치료에서 사용되는 의약의 제조에서 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항의 화합물의 이용.
