용기의 마개

본 고안은 용기내의 액체내용물을 안전하게 유지시킬수 있으며 내용물의 위조를 방지할 수 있는 마개에 관한 것이다.
종래에 있어서 용기에 사용되었던 마개는 다용도용으로 여러종류가 소개되어 왔으나 거의 용기내의 내용물에 대해서 개폐기능을 하기 위해서 주로 사용되어 왔다.
한편, 액체내용물을 외부로 유출시킬때 안전하게 유출시킨다는 것이 그리 용이한 일이 아니었고 요즈음에 와서는 내용물의 위조를 철저하게 방지하여야 하는 시정액이 대두되고 있는 실정이다.
이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서, 본 고안의 목적은 첫째, 주름의 구조에 의해서 접었다 폈다 할수 있는 유출관이 형성된 마개부에 의해서 용기내 액체 내용물을 안전하게 유출시킬수 있는 용기의 마개를 제공하기 위한 것이고, 둘째, 마개부와 용기부에 위조방지편 및 테를 상호 결합시킴으로서 용기내의 내용물을 위조하는데 철저히 방지시킬수 있는 용기의 마개를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 고안의 기술적 구성 및 작용에 관하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 용기부(20)에 내용물을 유, 출입시킬수 있는 개폐 부위에 사용되는 마개부(40)로 구성되는 것으로, 합성수지재를 비롯하여 각종 재질로 성형된다.
용기부(20)는 통상적인 용기로써, 내용물을 유, 출입시킬수 있는 개폐부위에는 마개부(40)의 개폐기능을 위해서 숫나사부(21)가 종향으로 용착되어 있고, 위조방지테(22)와 접합고정되어 있다.
상기 위조방지테(22)의 하주면은 용기부(20)의 상주면에 용융접합등으로 견고하게 접합되어 있으며, 위조방지테(22)는 마개부(40)와 함께 절선연결부(221) 및 절선홈(222)에 의하여 결합되어 있는 것으로, 마개부(40)는 회전에 의해서 상기 절선연결부(221)가 용이하게 끊어지면서 위조방지테(22)와 분리되므로, 상기 위조방지테(22)는 위조의 방지 기능을 수행하는 것이다.
마개부(40)는 외부마개(42), 유출관(44), 내부마개(46) 및 암나사부(48)로 일체 형성되는 것으로 구성한다. 외부마개(42)는 마개부(40)의 상부측면에 연결판(421)에 의하여 일체로 되어 있고, 위조방지편(423)을 연결할 수 있는 결속구(422)가 형성되어 있고 요홈부(425)에 의해서 닫힘상태를 견고토록 하는 돌출부(424)가 돌출되어 있다.
여기에서, 위조방지편(423)은 외부마개(42)의 결속구(422)와 마개부(40)의 측부에 형성된 결속구(426)에 재질에 따라서 용접 및 용융접합으로 결합되어 있으며 상기 외부마개(42)를 개봉시킬시 절단되기 때문에 위조방지의 기능을 수행하는 것이다.
유출관(44)은 마개 부(40)의 중앙부에 형성되어 있으며 주름의 형상에 의해 수동적으로 수축, 팽창의 기능을 수행하는 주름부(441)로 형성되어 있고 마개부(40)의 연결편(461)에 의하여 일체로 되어 있는 내부마개(46)는 유출관(44)의 요홈륜(442)에 의해서 닫힘상태를 견고토록 하는 돌출륜(462)이 돌출되어 있다.
여기에서, 돌출부(424)와 요홈부(425)의 작용 및 요홈륜(442)과 돌출륜(462)의 작용은 결합상태를 견고히 하기 위한 것이므로 수동적인 가압에 의해서 결합되며 약간의 힘이 수동으로 잡아당기면 용이하게 해탈되는 것이고, 마개부(40)의 암나사부(48)는 첨부도면 제3도에서 도시한 바와같이 숫나사부(21)를 타고 마개부(40)가 개폐기능을 수행토록 하는 것이다.
이와같이, 용기부(20)내의 액체내용물을 유출시키고자 할때에는 외부마개(42)를 열고 내부마개(46)를 개봉시키고 유출관(44)의 주름부(441)를 수동적인 팽창에 의해서 상기 액체내용물을 안전 및 원활하게 유출시킬수 있으며, 상기 용기부(20)의 밀봉상태는 유출관(44)의 주름부(441)를 수동적인 수측으로 공간부(443)에 내재되며 유출 유출관의 요홈륜(442)과 내부마개(46)의 돌출륜(462)에 의해서 닫힘상태가 견고한 밀착상태로 되어 액체내용물이 새어나오는 것을 방지하고, 외부마개(42)는 돌출부(424)와 요홈부(425)에 의해서 닫힘상태가 견고한 밀착상태가 되며, 외부마개(42)의 위조방지편(423)은 외부마개(42)를 열때 절단되고, 마개부(40)의 위조방지테(22)는 상기 마개부(40)의 전체가 숫나사부(21)를 타고 개봉될때 절선연결부(221)가 절단되기 때문에 용기부(20) 내용물의 위조를 방지하는데 만전을 기할수 있음으로써 용기부(20)의 액체내용물의 위조방지용 및 안전하고 원활한 유출작용으로 인한 효과면을 미루어 볼 때 본 고안의 실용성가치는 높다 사료되는 것이다.

  1. 종향으로 숫나사부(21)가 용착되어 있는 용기부(20)의 개폐부위에 사용되는 마개부(40)가 요홈부(425)에 내삽, 해탈되는 돌출부(424)를 가지는 외부마개(42), 하주면에 돌출률(462)이 돌출되어 있으며 연결편(461)에 의해서 일체로 하는 내부 마개(46), 내주면에 형성된 암나사부(48)와 중앙부에 주름부(441)가 종향으로 형성되며 요홈륜(442)를 가지는 유출관(44)으로 구성하여 일체로 형성됨으로 특징으로 하는 용기의 마개.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 융기부(20)의 상주면 용융접합등으로 고정되어 있는 위조방지테(22)가 절선홈(222)을 이루면서 절선연결부(221)에 의해서 마개부(40)와 상호 결합되어 위조를 방지함을 특징으로 하는 용기의 마개.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부마개(42)는 연결편(421)에 일체로 마개부(40)에 결합되어 있고 마개부(40)의 결속구(426)와 상기 외부마개(42)의 결속구(422)에 위조방지편(423)이 상호 결합되어 위조를 방지함을 특징으로 하는 용기의 마개.
