제2도는 연속 메쉬(mesh) 밸트 로(furnace)를 포함하는 본 발명에 따르는 장치를 설명하는 개략도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 열처리 로에서 아닐링 온도로 상기 제품을 처리하는 단계, 아닐링 로에서 공기로부터 질소를 분리하여 질소 95부피%이상 및 산소 불순물 소량을 함유하는 기체 혼합물을 생성시키는 단계, 산소 불순물을 화학양론적으로 과량의 수소와 반응시켜 수증기를 형성시키는 단계 , 및 질소, 수증기 및 미반응된 수소를 포함하는 생성된 기체 혼합물을 로(furnace)내로 통과시켜 아닐링 분위기를 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 철보다 덜 산화되는 금속 제품의 아닐링 방법.
  2. 열 처리 로에서 아닐링 온도로 상기 제품을 처리하는 단계, 아닐링 로에서 공기로부터 질소를 분리하여 질소 95부피%이상 및 산소 불순물 소량을 함유하는 기쳬 혼합물을 생성시키는 단계, 산소 불순물을 화학양론적 양의 수소와 반응시켜 수증기를 형성시키는 단계, 및 질소 및 수증기를 포함하는 생성된 기체 혼합물을 로내로 통과시켜 아닐링 분위기를 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 철보다 덜 산화되는 금속 제품의 아닐링 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 질소 생성물이 수소와의 촉매적 반응의 산소 상부스트림 0.5 내지 3부피%를 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매적 반응을 백금 또는 팔라듐 촉매상에서 일으키는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 코발트, 니켈, 납, 구리, 팔라듐, 은 또는 금, 또는 이들 금속의 최소한 하나의 합금, 또는 수은의 합금인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 브라이트(bright) 아닐링되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 생성된 기체 혼합물을 연속식 로의 냉각 영역내로 직접 도입하는 방법.
  8. 아닐링 로, 공기로부터 95부피%이상의 질소 및 산소 불순물 소량을 포함하는 기체 혼합물을 분리하기 위한 수단, 및 산소 불순물을 화학양론적으로 과량의 수소와 촉매적으로 반응시켜 질소, 수증기 및 미반응된 수소를 포함하는 기체 혼합물을 생성하기 위한 촉매적 반응기(상기 반응기는 아닐링 로와 연결되는 유출부를 가져 로내에 적합한 아닐링 분위기가 생성되도록 한다)를 포함하는, 철보다 덜 산화되는 금속 제품을 아닐링시키기 위한 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 촉매적 반응기가 백금 또는 팔라듐 촉매를 포함하는 장치.
