Claims (10)
- 이작용성 불포화 화합물을 하기 일반식의 아민과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 폴리머 폴리올 안정화제를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 쩨레비티노프(Zerewitinoff)활성 수소원자를 함유하는 화합물을 기본으로 개시제 라디칼을 나타내고; H는 일반식(CH2CH2-O)a(CH2--O)b(CH2 -O)c-(CH2)n-OH 의 하이드록시-함유 그룹을 나타내며; P는 일반식 (CH2CH2-O)a(CH2--O)b(CH2 -O)c-(CH2)n-NH2의 아민-함유 그룹을 나타내고; S는 일반식 (CH2CH2-O)a(CH2--O)b(CH2 -O)c-(CH2)n-NH-R"의 2급 아민-함유 그룹을 나타내며; T는 일반식 (CH2CH2-O)a(CH2--O)b(CH2 -O)c-(CH2)n-NH"R"이 3급 아민-함유 그룹을 나타내고, a는 0내지 175이며; b는 0내지 175이고; c는 0내지 30이며; n은 1내지 3이고; a+b+c의 합은 n이 1일 경우, 2이상이어야 하며; R`는 탄소수 2 내지 18의 알킬 그룹이고; R"는수소 또는 탄소수 18이하의 알킬 그룹이며; R"는 R"는 각각 탄소수 2 내지 12의 알킬 그룹이고; p는 아민 반응물의 아민화된 부분의 몰 분획이고 0 내지 0.75 미만이며;s는 아민 반응물의 아민화된 부분의 몰 분획이고 0.25 내지 1.0 이며; t는 아민 반응물의 아민화된 부분의 몰 분획이고 0 내지 0.15 이며; w는 중간 화합물상의 쩨레비티노프 활성수소원자의 아민화율(%)이고 통상적으로30 내지 100%, 및 바람직하게는 70%이상이며; (zw)는 z와 w의 생성물이고; p+s+t 는 1이며; z는 개시제상의 쩨레비티노프 활성수소의 수소부터 유도된 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이 작용성 화합물이 1,1-디메틸-m-이소프로페닐-벤질 이소시아네이트인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 이 작용성 화합물을 말레산 무수물, 말리에이트, 푸마레이트, 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아민에 대한 이작용성 화합물의 비가 아민 몰당 이작용성 화합물 약 0.5 내지 약 1.5몰의 범위인 방법.
- 하나 이상의 에틸렌성으로 불포화된 단량체를 촉매 및 유효량의 제1항의안정화제의 존재하에 폴리올 중 동일반응계 내에서 중합시켜서 안정한 폴리머 폴리올을 제조하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 안정화제가 폴리올 총중량을 기준으로 하여 1내지 25중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 안정화제가 폴리올의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 3내지 10%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 단량체가 스티렌 및 이의 유도체, 아클릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, 메틸메타크릴레이트 및 비닐리덴 클로라이드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이 생성된 폴리머 폴리올 중에서 폴리머 폴리올의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 10중량% 이상의 중합체 함량을 제공하기에 충분한 방법.
- 제6항의 방법으로 제조된 폴리머 폴리올.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
