Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 티아디아졸릴옥시아세트아미드.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소이거나, 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐 및 아르알킬을 포함하는 그룹 중에서 임의로 치환된 라디칼이고, R2는 알킬, 알키닐, 사이클로알킬, 사이클로 알케닐, 아르알킬, 아릴, 알콕시, 알케닐옥시 및 알키닐옥시를 포함하는 그룹 중에서 임의로 치환된 라디칼이거나, R1및 R2는, 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께, 추가로 헤케로원자를 함유할수 있고 벤조그룹이 융합될 수 있는, 임의로 치환된 포화 또는 불포화헤테로사이클을 형성하며, R3은 임의로 치환된 알킬 라디칼이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소; 불소, 염소, 시아노 또는 C1-C4-알콕시에 의해 임의로 치환된 C1-C8-알킬; 불소 및/또는 염소에 의해 임의로 치환된 C2-C8-알케닐, C2-C8-알키닐; 또는 벤질이며, R2가 불소, 염소, 시아노 또는 C1-C4-알콕시에 의해 임의로 치환된 C1-C8-알킬; 불소 및/또는 염소에 의해 임의로 치환된 C2-C8-알케닐; C2-C8-알키닐; 염소 및/또는 C1-C3-알킬에 의해 임의로 치환된 C3-C6-사이클로알킬; C5또는 C6-사이클로알케닐; 불소, 염소 및/또는 C1-C4-알킬에 의해 임의로 치환된 벤질; 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드, 시아노, 니트로, C1-C4-알킬, 트리플루오로메틸, C1-C4-알콕시 및/또는 C1-C4-알킬티오에 의해 임의로 치환된 페닐; C1-C4-알콕시에 의해 임의로 치환된 C1-C8-알콕시; 또는 C3-C4-알케닐옥시 이거나, R1및R2가, 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께, C1-C3-알킬에 의해 임의로 일치환 내지 삼치환되고 임의로 벤조-융합된 포화 또는 불포화 5-내지 7-원 질소 헤테로사이클을 형성하며, R3이 할러겐, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬설포닐, 페닐 펜옥시 또는 페닐-C1-C4-알콕시(여기서, 페닐 성분은 할로겐, C1-C4-트리플루오로메틸 및/또는 C1-C4-알콕시에 의해 임의로 치환된다)에 의해 임의로 치환된 C1-C6-알킬인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 C1-C4-알킬, 아릴 또는 프로파르길이고, R2가 C1-C6-알킬, C1-C2-알콕시-C1-C2-알킬, 알릴, 프로파르길, 사이클로펜틸, 사이클로헥실, 사이클로헥세닐, 벤질, 페닐(이는 불소, 염소, 브롬, 시아노, 니트로, 메틸, 에틸, 트리플루오로메틸, 메톡시 및/또는 에톡시에 의해 임의로 치환된다). C1-C6-알콕시 또는 C1-C2-알콕시-C1-C2-알콕시이거나, R1및 R2가, 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께, 메틸 및/또는 에틸에 의해 임의로 일치환 내지 삼치환된 피페리디닐, 메틸 및/또는 에틸에 의해 임의로 일치 또는 이치환된 피롤리디닐, 퍼하이드로아제피닐 또는 1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로-퀴놀리닐을 형성하며, R3이 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필, 부틸, 이소부틸, 2급-부틸, 트리플루오로에틸, 트리클로로에틸, 메톡시에틸, 에톡시에틸, 메틸설포닐에틸, 에틸설포닐에틸, 벤질, 클로로벤질, 페닐에틸 또는 벤질옥시에틸인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  4. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 메틸설포닐티아디아졸을, 경우에 따라, 희석제의 존재하에, 경우에 따라, 산 결합제의 존재하에, 및 경우에 따라, 촉매의 존재하에 일반식(Ⅱ)의 하이드록시아세트아미드와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에 따르는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 티아디아졸릴옥시아세트아미드를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1, R2및 R3은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  5. 제1항에 따르는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 티아디아졸릴옥시아세트아미드를 하나 이상 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제초제.
  6. 원치않는 식물 생장을 방제하기 위한, 제1항에 따르는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 티아디아졸릴옥시아세트아미드의 용도.
  7. 제1항에 따르는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 티아디아졸릴옥시아세트아미드를 중량체 및/또는 계면활성제와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하하여 제조제의 제조방법.
  8. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 메틸설포닐티아디아졸.
    상기식에서, R3은 임의로 치환된 알킬이다.
  9. 일반식(Ⅳ)의 메틸티오-티아디아졸.
    상기식에서, R3은 임의로 치환된 알킬이다.
  10. 구조식(Ⅴ)의 5-클로로디플루오로메틸-2-메틸티오-1,3,4-티아디아졸.
