Claims (10)

  1. 제1직경의 관형 측벽을 가지는 탄산 음료 용기의 기부 구조물로서; 상기 측벽에서 하방으로 그리고 반경방향 안쪽으로 뻗는 밑벽; 그리고 상기 밑벽에서 하방으로 뻗으며, 반경방향 내연부 및 외연부가 있고 외경이 상기 제1직경보다 약간만 작은 불연속 지지면 접촉지역을 형성하는 평탄한 큰 발부분들로 종결하는 다수의 다리들; 로 구성되는 상기 기부 구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발부분들이 반경방향 안쪽으로 그리고 윗쪽으로 경사져서, 상기 용기가 수평면상에 지지되는 동안 상기 발부분들의 상기 외연부들이 상기 수평면과 접촉하고 상기 내연부들이 상기 수평면위에 있음으로써, 상기 발부분들이 상기 용기안의 탄산음료의 내부 압력에 따라서 상기 수평 지지면과 면접촉하는 거의 수평 위치들로 상기 발부부들이 상기 외연부들을 중심으로 하방으로 회전할 수 있게되는 기부 구조들.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 중공 다리들이, 상기 관형 측벽에서 하방으로 뻗고 상기 발부분들의 상기 외연부들과 연결되는 다리 외벽 부분들을 포함하며, 상기 다리 외벽 부분들이 하방으로 뻗으면서 반경방향 안쪽으로 균일하게 테이퍼지는 기부 구조물.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 중공 다리들이, 상기 관형 측면에서 하방으로 뻗고 상기 발부분들의 상기 외연부들과 연결되는 다리 외벽 부분들을 포함하며, 상기 다리 외벽 부분들이 상기 측벽에서 하방으로 반경방향 안쪽으로 굽은 거의 일정한 반경의 호형 벽 부분들을 포함하는 기부 구조물.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 밑벽이 상기 기부 구조물의 중앙에 거의 수평인 중앙부분을 포함하며, 상기 중앙 부분이 상기 기부 구조물의 중앙에서 반경방향 바깥으로 그리고 하방으로 뻗으며 상기 발부분들의 내연부들과 연결되는 기부 구조물.
  6. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 밑벽이 호형인 기부 구조물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밑벽에 거의 일정한 반경의 호형 부분이 있는 기부 구조물.
  8. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 다리들이, 상기 관형 측벽에서 하방으로 뻗고 상기 발부분들의 상기 외연부들과 연결되는 다리 외벽 부분들과, 상기 밑벽에서 하방으로 그리고 상기 다리 외벽 부분들에서 안쪽으로 뻗는 한쌍의 다리 측벽 부분들에 의해 형성되며, 인접 다리들의 다리 측벽 부분들과 상기 밑벽이 상기 다리들을 분리하는 역 V자형 리브들을 형성하는 기부 구조물.
  9. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 발 부분들의 형상이 대략 사다리꼴인 기부 구조물.
  10. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 다리들이 5개인 기부 구조물.
