Claims (2)

  1. 집면실에서 유리섬유를 수지에 함침시키고 그 폭과 두께를 균일하게 하여 펠트상의 두루마리로 보관하고 이를 입구부(8)보다 출구부(9)가 협소하며, 그 출구부(9)가 최종 성형 단면과 동일하게된 성형몰드(6)에 도입시켜 전진시키고 이어서 내부몰드(10)에 천설된 슬롯(10′)으로 배출되는 고온의 공기가 그 외주에 감싸진 성형 완료된 울을 경화시키도록 한 유리면 파이프커버의 제조방법.
  2. 공급컨베이어(2) 및 이송벨트(3)에 의하여 울(1)이 이송되고 톱날(11), (12)에 의하여 목적제품으로 종횡 제단되도록 한 공지의 것에 있어서, 이송벨트(3)위에 고온의 공기를 분사하기 위한 슬롯(10′)을 갖는 내부몰드(10)를 설치하고 그 외주에 입구부(8)가 넓고 출구부(9)가 목적제품의 종단과 동일한 내경으로 되도록한 성형몰드(6) 그리고 고온의 분위기 유지를 위한 경화몰드(13)을 설치하여서된 유리면 파이프 커버의 제조장치.
