제4도, 제5도 및 제6도는 본 발명에 따르는 항원 단백질 플라즈미드를 제조하는 과정을 나타내는 것이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 항원-항체 반응에 의해 항-마이코플라즈마 갈리셉티쿰(Mychplasma gallisepticum) 가금 혈청과 반응할 수 있는 폴리펩티드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 MG-1, MG-2, MG-3, MG-4, MG-5, MG-6, MG-7, MG-8, MG-9, MG-10, MG-11, MG-12, MG-13, MG-14, MG-15, MG-16, MG-17, MG-18, MG-19, MG-20, MG-21 또는 MG-22, 또는 이러한 폴리펩티드와 실제로 동일한 작용을 갖는 폴리펩티드인 폴리펩티드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 그의 아미노산 서열이 제1(a)-1도 및 제1(a)-2도에 기재된 MG-1, 의 아미노산 서열이 제1(b)도에 기재된 MG-2, 그의 아미노산 서열이 제1(c)도에 기재된 MG-3, 그의 아미노산 서열이 제1(d)도에 기재된 MG-4, 그의 아미노산 서열이 제1(c)도에 기재된 MG-5, 또는 그의 아미노산 서열이 제1(f)-1도 및 제1(f)-2도에 기재된 MG-6인 폴리펩티드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 실제로 마이코플라즈마 갈리셉티쿰에서 발현되는 폴리펩티드와 동일한 아미노산 서열을 지니며, 그 아미노산 서열이 제2항 또는 제3항의 폴리펩티드의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 폴리펩티드.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 제2도에 기재된 아미노산 서열을 갖는 TMG-1인 폴리펩티드.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 그의 C-말단이 MG-1, MG-2, MG-3, MG-4, MG-5, MG-6, MG-7, MG-8, MG-9, MG-10, MG-11, MG-12, MG-13, MG-14, MG-15, MG-16, MG-17, MG-18, MG-19, MG-20, MG-21 또는 MG-22이며 그의 N-말단이 세균으로부터 유래된 효소 단백질인 융합된 단백질인 폴리펩티드.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 세균으로부터 유래된 효소 단백질이 β-갈락토시다제 또는 β-락타마제인 폴리펩티드.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리펩티드를 코우딩하는 DNA 절편.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제3(a) 내지 (v)도 중 어느 하나에서 나타낸 제한 효소 부위 지도 및 길이를 갖는 마이코플라즈마 갈리셉티쿰으로부터 유래된 DNA 절편.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 염기 서열이 제1(a)-1도 내지 제1(f)-2도에 기재된 서열로부터 선택된 DNA 절편.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 염기 서열이 제2도에 기재된 DNA 절편.
  12. 제8항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 따른 DNA 절편이 삽입된 재조합 벨타.
  13. 제12항의 재조합 벡타에 의해 형질 전환된 숙주.
  14. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리펩티드를 유효성분으로 함유하는, 마이코플라즈마 갈리셉티쿰 감염에 대한 가금 진단제.
  15. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리펩티드를 유효 성분으로 함유하는, 마이코플라즈마 갈리셉티쿰감염에 대한 가금 백신.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 MG-1으로부터 선택된 것으로, MG-1 및 TMG-1과 실제로 동일한 작용을 갖는 폴리펩티드인, 마이코플라즈마 갈리셉티쿰 감염에 대한 가금 백신.
