Claims (5)
- 광섬유 케이블(2)의 광섬유를 정렬하는 전방단부(15)내의 중심 통로(14) 광섬유 케이블(2)에 연결하는 정렬 페루울(11)의 후방단부(19), 페루를 주위에 반경으로 확대된 칼라(20), 칼라(20)의 횡 전방면(22)을 교차하는 페루울(11)의 실린더형 표면 (21), 칼라(20)의 횡 후방면(24)가 이격된 원주형 홈(23), 홈(23)에 장착된 스냅링(25), 정렬 페루울(11)위를 축으로 이동가능하고 스냅링(25)의 전방으로 정렬 페루울을 에워싸는 횡내부 플랜지(27)를 가지는 커플링 넛트(26), 칼라(20)의 횡 후방면(24)에 대하여 직접 결합하도록 압축하고 내부플랜지(27)에 대해 압축하는 스프링(28), 칼라(20)가 수축시에 칼라(20)가 스프링(28)을 압축해서 커플링 넛트(26)로 이동 가능하는 커플링 넛트(26)가 칼라(20)사이의 클리언스(29)를 가지는 실린더형이며 견고한 정렬페루울을 구비한 광학 커넥터에 있어서, 상기 정렬 페루울(11)이 칼라(20)의 횡전방면(22) 및 횡후방면(24)가 일체로 형성되며, 상기 정렬 페루울(11)과 칼라(20)는 강성 플라스틱 재료로 주조되며, 칼라(20)는 칼라(20)와 커플링 넛트(26)사이의 클리언스(29)를 다른 위치에서만 상기 주조된 플라스틱 재료상에 주조 게이트 프래시(48)의 형태의 결함을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결함이 페루울(11)의 전방단부(15)가 삽입되는 정렬 슬리브와 결함과의 결합을 피하도록 칼라(20)의 횡전방면(22)의 축방향 후방으로 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주조 분리선 프래시(49) 형태의 결함은 정렬 페루울의 후방단부(19)에 접촉하고 정렬 페루울(11)을 따라 축으로 칼라(20)의 횡후방면(24)의 반대편까지 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 커넥터.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 정렬 페루울(11)이 전방단부(15)와 칼라(20)의 전방면(22)과 칼라(20)의 실린더형 표면(21)은 제1주형틀(31)의 보통 캐비티(34)내에서 주조되고, 칼라(20)의 후반면(24)의 후방으로 연장하는 정렬 페루울의 리마인더는 칼라(20)의 후방면(24)에서 제1주형틀(30)을 따라서 연장하는 제1주조 분리선(41)을 따라 밀폐되고 정렬 페루울(11)의 후방단부(19)를 가로질르고 정렬 페루울(11)을 따라 축으로 칼라(20)의 횡후방면(24)에 반대편까지 연장되는 제2,3주형틀(32,33)과 대응하는 합성 주조 캐비티(34)내에서 주조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 커넥터.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 정렬 페루울(11)의 전방단부(15)와 칼라(20)의 전방면(22)는 주조 분리선 프래시의 형태의 결함이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 커넥터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
