Claims (17)

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 AT가 풍부한 5'미번역부위가 오이 모자이크 바이러스(Cucumber mosaic virus)CMV 외피 단백질 유전자의 5' 미번역부위와 SS RUBISCO 유전자의 5'미번역부위로 구성된 군(group)으로부터 선택된 5'미번역 부위로부터 유도된 DNA식물 발현 카셋트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개시부위와 오이 모자이크 바이러스 CMV 외피 단백질 유전자의 5'미번역부위와 SS RUBISCO 유전자의 5'미번역 부위로 구성된 군(group)으로부터 선택된 5'미번역부위로 부터 유도된 DNA 식물 발현 카셋트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(A)부가신호가 꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스 CaMV 35S 유전자로부터 유도된 폴리(A)신호; 파세올리(phaseolin) 저장 단백질 유전자로부터 유도된 폴리(A)신호; 노팔린(nopaline) 합성효소로 유전자로부터 유도된 폴리(A)신호; 옥토핀(octopine)합성효소 유전자로부터 유도된 폴리(A)신호; 콩(bean)저장 단백질 유전자로부터 유도된 폴리(A)신호; 및 SS RUBISCO 로부터 유도된 폴리(A)신호로 구성된 군(group)으로부터 선택된 분자.
- 제2항에 있어서, a)상기 AT가 풍부한 5'미번역부위와 상기 개시부위가 오이 모자이크 바이러스 CMV 외피 단백질 유전자의 5'미번역 부위로부터 유도되었고, b)상기 폴리(A)부가신호가 꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스 CaMV 35S 유전자로부터 유도된 DNA 식물 발현 카셋트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유전자로서 항병원성 유전자(antipathogenic gene)를 함유하는 DNA 식물 발현 카셋트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유전자로서 항병원성 유전자를 함유하는 DNA 식물 발현 카셋트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 병원(pathogen)으로부터 유도된 유전자가 외피 단백질 유전자인 DNA 식물 발현 카셋트.
- 제8헝에 있어서, 상기 병원으로부터 유도된 유전자가 외피 단백질 유전자인 DNA 식물 발현 카셋트.
- 제1항에 따른 DNA 식물 발현 카셋트를 함유하는 형질전환된 식물 세포.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 DNA 식물 발현 카셋트가 a)꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스 CaMV 35S 프로모터; b)오이 모자이크 바이러스 CMV 외피 단백질 유전자의5'미번역 부위로부터 유도된, AT가 풍부한 5'미번역 부위와 개시부위; 및 c)꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스 CaMV 35S 유전자로부터 유도된 폴리(A)부가신호를 포함하는 형질전환된 식물세포.
- 제11항에 따른 형질전환된 식물세포들을 포함하는 전이식물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 DNA 식물 발현 카셋트가 a)꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스 CaMV 35S 프로모터; b)오이 모자이크 바이러스 CMV 외피 단백질 유전자의5'미번역 부위로부터 유도된, AT가 풍부한 5'미번역 부위와 개시부위; 및 c)꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스 CaMV 35S 유전자로부터 유도된 폴리(A)부가신호를 포함하는 전이식물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 박(Cucuribitceae), 파파야(Caricaceae), 가지(Solananceae) 및 콩(Leguminose)과 (family) 로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 전이식물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 DNA 식물 발현 카셋트가 a)꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스 CaMV 35S 프로모터; b)오이 모자이크 바이러스 CMV 외피 단백질 유전자의 5'미번역 부위로부터 유도된, AT가 풍부한 5'미번역 부위와 개시부위 ; 및 c)꽃양배추 모자이크 바이러스 CaMV 35S 유전자로부터 유도된 폴리(A)부가신호를 포함하는 전이식물.
- a)식물체에서 발현에 의하여 특성을 제공하는 유전자를 분리하는 단계; b)분리된 유전자를 가지고 제1항에 따른 DNA 식물 발현 카셋트를 구축하는 단계; c)상기 CNA 식물 발현 카셋트로 식물세포를 형질전환하는 단계; 및 d)상기 형질전환된 식물세포로부터 식물을 재생하는 단계를 포함하며, 식물체내에 특성을 도입하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
