제1도는 본 발명 대 실시예 중에서 설명한 바와 같은 여러 가지 비교될 만한 종래의 조성물과의 내후성 비교시험 결과를 막대그래프로 나타낸 것이다. 제2도는 본 발명의 조성물로 코팅된 도포 금속 기재로되는 제조방법의 계획도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. A. 알칼리 용해성 아크릴성 에멀젼, B. 물-수용성 아민 또는 수용성 암모니아, C. 약 10 내지 15의 수유 평형(HLB)을 가지는 계면 활성제, D. 임의의 공용매, 부식 억제제, UV 첨가제, 탈포옴제 및 다른 첨가제와 함께 물로 되며, 실온에서 물 기재 알칼리성 청정제로 제거시킬 수 있으며, 고상 기질상에 커튼 도포되어 단단하게 형성되지만 코팅이 제거될 수 있으며, 항부식성, 저장 안정성, 물 기재, 물 또는 공용매 환원성, 비얼룩성, 분산성 코팅 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계면 활성제가 알칼리 페녹시 폴리에톡시 에탄올 또는 다른 비이온성 계면 활성제로 되는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알콜 및 글리콜 에테르로 되는 군중에서 선택된 공용매 0 내지 30중량% 로 되는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 부식 억제제 0.1 내지 15중량% 를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 공용매가 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소부탄올, 2급 부탄올로 되는 군중에서 선택된 급속히 증발되는 알콜인 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 부식 억제제가 벤조트리아졸, 톨릴트리아졸, 중크론산염의 암모늄염 및 몰리브덴산염으로 되는 군중에서 선택되는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴성 에멀젼이 약 20 내지 200범위의 산값을 가지는 아크릴성 공중합체인 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 톨릴트리아졸 나트륨염으로 되는 조성물.
  9. 제1항 기재 조성물의 침지, 물, 로울징 및(또는) 분사로써 도포된 기질에 코팅시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고상 기질의 코팅 방법.
  10. 도포된 기질을 제1항기재 조성물로부터 유도된 코팅을 시켜 막이 형성된 제품.
    -노출 동안에 막이 벗겨져서 제거 정도를 시험할 수 없었음.
    -1986년 폰티악(Poutiac)6000에서 3개월 동안 실외 폭로시험에서, 최대 3개월까지 우수한 결과를 나타냈음.
    -오직 냉수로만 제거되었으며, 알칼리성 청정제는 필요치 않음.
    -물질은 물 민감성이며 냉수로 제거가능하며, 도막에 얼룩 생김.
    -도포된 기질에 얼룩생김.
    -도막을 내후성시험 록크(rock) 분사로써 세척하였음.
