Claims (10)
- 하기 공칭 일반식을 갖고, 적어도 130K의 온도에서 초전도성의 개시를 갖는 초전도 조성물.T1BaaCabCucOx상기식에서 a는 약2 내지 약4이고, b는 약7/2 내지 약 5이고, c는 약9/2 내지 약7이고, x=(a+b+c+y)이며 이때, y는 약 1/2-약 3이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, “a” 가 약 2-약 3이고 “b”가 약 4이고 “c”가 약 5이고 “y”가 약 1/2-약 2인 초전도 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, “a”가 약 2인 초전도 조성물.
- 필수적으로 화학양론적 양의 T1, Ca 및 Cu의 산화물과 Ba의 과산화물을 혼합시켜, 제 1항의 조성물을 얻고, 약 940℃-약 980℃까지 제한된 분위기 내에서 혼합물을 가열시키고, 상기 온도를 약 5분 이상 유지시키고; 상기 조성물을 냉각시키는 것으로 구성된 초전도 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 산화물의 화학양론적 양이 제3항의 조성물을 제공하도록 선택되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, Ca 및 Cu 산화물과 Ba의 과산화물이 혼합되고, 약 800℃로 가열되고, 분쇄되며, T1산화물과 혼합되어, 가열된 혼합물로 제공하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, Ca 및 Cu의 산화물 및 Ba의 과산화물이 혼합되고, 약 800℃로 가열되고, 분쇄되고, T1 산화물과 혼합되어, 가열된 혼합물을 제공하는 방법.
- 제1항의 조성물로 구성된 전도체 물질을 상기 조성물의 Tc이하로 냉각시키는 단계; 상기 전도체 물질을 상기 온도 이하로 유지하면서 상기 물질내에 전류흐름을 개시하는 단계로구성된, 전기 저항의 손실없이 전도체 물질내에 전류를 전도하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 전도체물질이 77K- 상기 조성물의 Tc로 냉각되는 방법.
