현탁액용 압착 필터에 있어서 박막을 접어 젖히는 방법 및 장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 접어 젖힐 수 있는 박막이 달려있고, 폐쇄 상태에 있는 압착필터.
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 필터로서, 외측으로 접어 젖혀진 박막이 달려있고, 개방 상태에 있는 필터.
제3도 및 제4도는 제2도 및 제4도의 선(3,4-3,4)에 따라 취한 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 쐐기 모양의 외통, 외통에 대하여 동축 방향으로 이동할 수 있고, 외통의 개방 전면을 분리될 수 있게 폐쇄하는 덮개, 덮개로부터 외통의 축선에 대하여 동축 방향으로 뻗어있는 관형 필터요소 및 필터 요소에 배치되고, 그 일연단에서는 외통의 개방 전면과 결합되고, 그 또다른 연단에서는 덮개와 반대 방향을 향한 필터요소의 자유 전면과 결합되므로써 덮개와 외통이 동축 방향으로 분리하여 이동될 때에는 외통으로부터 외측으로 접어서 젖혀지고, 덮개와 외통이 동축 방향으로 한데 모이는 때에는 외통내로 다시 접혀서 젖혀지는 호스모양의 팽창성 박막이 제공되어 있는 현탁액용 압착 필터의 박막을 접어서 젖히는 방법에 있어서, 덮개와 외통이 한데 모이는 때, 박막의 내부에는 주위 압력에 비하여 낮은 저압이 형성되고, 박막이 외통의 연단을 넘어서 측면으로 돌출하는 단일 압착 주름의 형성을 외적 영향에 의하여 방지할 수 있도록, 외통의 연단을 넘어서 측면으로 더 이상 돌출함이 없이 3겹 이상의 주름이 생길때까지 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 박막이 외통과 덮개의 상대적 비꼬임에 의하여 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 박막의 내부 공간에 배치된 보호장치에 의하여 외통내에 배치된 록킹 암이 박막과 접촉없이 자유로이 통과할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 의한 방법을 실시하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 보호 장치가 록킹 암(17)을 둘러싸는 신축관(31,32,33)으로서 형성되어 있고, 이 신축관이 압착 필터가 개방 및 폐쇄될 때 록킹 암에 의하여 서로 분리되어 밀려나거나, 한데 밀려 들어가는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
