Claims (13)
- 스핀들 요소의 유체 이송통로와 2차요소의 유체통로가 상호 연결되고, 적어도 하나의 요소는 다른것에 관련하여 회전하는 로타리 유체 커플링의 구성이a) 스핀들 요소는 중앙통로를 갖고,b) 1차 플레이트는 스핀들에 설치되며, 상기 1차 플레이트는 일반적인 접속 원판을 가짐과 함께 상기 중앙통로와 연결되는 중앙홀을 갖고서, 상기 중앙홀과 중앙통로가 일반적인 단수의 연속 유체통로를 형성하고,c) 2차 요소는 일반적인 접속평판면과 함께 유체 안내공을 갖는 2차 플레이트를 갖고서, 상기 2차 플레이트의 접속평판면과 1차 플레이트의 접속원판이 상호 대향하여 접속하면서 상기 1차플레이트와 2차플레이트 사이로 틈새를 형성하고, 상기 틈새는 상기 접속면간에 기설정된 최소한의 비접촉 간격을 유지하면서 틈새를 통한 양플레이트간의 유체 누출을 방지하여 유체가 유체공급원으로부터 상기 2차요소의 유체안내공을 통해 틈새를 지나 유체통로로 이송되도록 하고, 유체저항 수단으로 플레이트간의 틈새로부터 외주방향으로 유체가 누출되는 것을 극소화하도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 로타리 유체 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유체 저항 수단이 적어도 상기 플레이트의 접속원판이나 접속평판면상에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 로타리 유체 커플링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하나의 유체 흐름 저항 수단이 상기 접속원판상에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 로타리 유체 커플링.
- 제3항에 있어서, 저항수단이 미로(labyrinth)임을 특징으로 하는 로타리 유체 커플링.
- 제4항에 있어서, 미로가 접속원판상에 다수 환형홈으로서 파형을 갖도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 로타리 유체 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체 이송통로에 내화학성, 내온도성, 내압성의 코팅층이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 로타리 유체 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플레이트의 저항수단을 지나 외주면측으로 누출된 유체를 제거해주기 위한 추가의 흡착수단을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 로타리 유체 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양플레이트가 비슷한 열팽창 계수를 갖는 재질로서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 로타리 유체 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2차플레이트의 접속평판면상에 유체흐름 저항수단을 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 로타리 유체 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양플레이트 사이로 형성되는 틈새를 조정하는 수단을 갖도록 함을 특징으로 하는 로타리 유체 커플링.
- 제10항에 있어서, 조정수단이 상기 2차플레이트에 연결되어 작동하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 로타리 유체 커플링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스핀들과 상기 1차플레이트의 중앙홀 사이로 실링수단이 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 로타리 유체 커플링.
