PURPOSE:To facilitate complete closing against back flow and minimize resistance against normal flow by installing a thin disc type valve seat which has a number of slits running from the center to radial direction and tonquelike valve faces formed between adjacent slits. CONSTITUTION:A valve seat 1 is a thin disc made of teflon, etc. having a number of slits 4 cut from its center to radial direction, and tonquelike valve faces 5 formed between adjacent slits. These tonquelike valve faces 5 are elastically deformable in the thickness direction. When the fluid pressure at the outlet side of piping 16 becomes higher, the tonquelike valve faces 5 are pushed tightly against the seat surface 6 of the intake side block 2, so that fluid passages 7 are closed.
