Claims (16)
- 동적실 또는 베어링촉면은 마모될 때 제1표면조도(粗度)와, 하중을 받을 수 있는 거친선단(20)(28)을 마련한 제1접촉구역(24)과 마모될 때 제2표면조도와 하중을 받을 수 있는 거친선단(20)(28)을 제공한 제2접촉구역(26)을 포함한 표면을 가지며, 상기 제2접촉구역(26)내 제2표면조도는 상기 제1접촉구역(24)내 제1표면조도와 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 제1 및 제2접촉구역(24)(26)은 교대로 조도가 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2접촉구역(24)(26)은 교대로 인접해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1접촉구역(24) 및 제2접촉구역(26)은 동일 재료로 구성되며 상기 접촉구역(24)(26)중 어느 하나의 미세구조는 다른 접촉구역에 대해 다른 조도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1접촉구역(24) 및 제2접촉구역(26)은 서로 다른 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방사상 랜덤 메카니칼 면실(land-dam mechanical face seal)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나선형 홈 메카니칼 면실(spiral-groove mechanical face seal)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1접촉구역(24) 및 제2접촉구역(26)은 기저(substrate)에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동적실 또는 베어링 접촉면은 회주철로 구성되며, 상기 접촉구역 중 최소한 하나의 접촉구역의 조도는 리칭(leaching), 충진, 크롬도금 및 화염방사 중 최소한 어느 한 가공처리방법에 의해 만들어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기저(substrate)는 주철로 구성되며 상기 제1접촉구역(24)은 경크롬판으로 구성되고 상기 제2접촉구역(26)은 면크롬판으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동적실 또는 베어링 접촉면은 탄화가단주철로 구성되며 상기 접촉구역(24)(26)들중 최소한 하나의 접촉구역의 표면조도는 레이저열처리로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1접촉구역(24)은 고밀도 알루미나로 구성되고 제2접촉구역(26)은 저밀도 알루미나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1접촉구역(24)은 고밀도 질화실리콘으로 구성되고 제2접촉구역(26)은 저밀도 질화실리콘으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동적실 또는 베어링 접촉면은 탄소흑연으로 구성되며 상기 접촉면(24)(26)중 최소한 하나의 접촉면의 조도는 실리콘처리, 밀도변화, 가변층진제 중 최소한 어느 하나의 가공처리법에 의해 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동적실 또는 베어링 접촉면은 중합체로 구성되며 상기 접촉면(24)(26)중 최소한 하나의 접촉면의 조도는 가변층진제 및 방사(radiation)중 최소한 어느 하나의 가공처리법에 의해 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접촉구역(24)(26)중 최소한 하나의 접촉면은 최소한 0.005인치의 깊이로 가공처리된 거칠기로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차등거칠기를 갖는 동적실 및 베어링.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
