제1도는 본 발명의 냉매 압축장치의 일실시예를 보인 단면도, 제2도의 (가)-(카)는 제1도의 각부의 동작 파혀도, 제3도는 본 발명의 제어방법에 의한 냉매 압축장치의 제어 회로도.
Claims (5)
- 전자식 냉매 압축장치에 있어서, 냉매가 충진되는 원통체의 외주멱에, 냉매가 충진되는 냉매 파이프 및 냉매를 가열하기 위한 부하를 2열로 밀착하여 나선상으로 감고, 원통체 및 냉매 유출구에는 솔레노이드밸브를 설치하며, 냉매유입구에는 체크 밸브를 설치하여 압축부를 구성하며, 그 압축부를 2개 이상 병렬로 연결하여 각 압축부가 일정 시간차를 가지고 연속 동작되게 함을 특징으로 하는 전자식 냉매 압축장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원통체 및 냉매 파이프에서 배출되어 냉동 사이클을 순환한 냉매를 원통체 및 냉매 파이프의 냉각용으로 체크 밸브를 통해 유입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 냉매 압축장치.
- 압축부의 각 부하를 일정시간 차로 순차 발열시키고 온도가 압축 최고온도에 도달함에 따라 부하의 방열을 정지시키면서 냉매의 온도를 압축 최고온도 및 최저온도 사이를 유지시킴과 아울러 냉매의 온도가 냉매 배출온도부터 압축 최고온도사이 및 압축 최고온도에서 일정시간이 경과됨에 따라 압축부의 원통체 및 냉매 파이프의 냉매를 배출시켜 각 압축부의 냉매를 순차 배출시키게 함을 특징으로 하는 전자식 냉매 압축장치의 제어방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각 압축부의 냉매의 배출주기와 압축 최고온도 및 최저온도의 온도차로 냉매의 압축력을 가변시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 냉매 압축장치의 제어방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, PID 제어로 히터의 발열량을 제어하여 압축부의 냉매의 온도가 설정된 일정시간에 일정온도로 되게 하면서 냉매를 배출 및 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 냉매 압축장치의 제어방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
