Claims (5)

  1. 다수의 구멍들이 원주방향으로 일정하게 이격되어 있는 환형 디스크를 포함하고, 마찰부재 조립체가 각각의 구멍위에 지지되며, 건식 마찰 클러치내에서 결합 및 해제되기에 적합한 피동 클러치 디스크 조립체에 있어서 : 적어도 하나의 마찰부재 조립체가, 상기 디스크의 양측상에서 상기 구멍들중 하나위에 대향하여 서로 결합된 한쌍의 동일한 적층판들을 형성하며, 각각의 적층판은 지지판과 이 지지판에 견고하게 고정된 마찰부재와로 구성되며, 각쌍의 적층판들의 지지판은 다른 지지판과 대향하고 상기 마찰부재들 사이에 중앙 완충 지역을 형성하며, 상기 완충지역에서 원주방향으로 이격된 곳에 위치한 한쌍의 적층판 결합 부분들을 더 형성하며, 각각의 마찰부재 조립체에는 반경방향으로 연장된 한쌍의 쐐기형 미끄럼 지지부들이 각 적층판의 양단부에 있으며, 각각의 쐐기형 미끄럼 지지부는 상기 마찰 조립체를 지지하도록 상기 쌍의 반대쪽 적층판상의 지지부와 협력하여 상기 디스크를 함께 파지하며, 전이 클러치 결합중 상기 적층판 조립체의 측방향 변위 상태하에서 상기 지지부들이 상기 디스크와 미끄럼 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 클러치 디스크 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 마찰 적층판 조립체의 상기 대향하는 지지판 쌍들 각각은 양쪽에 제1면측과 제2측면이 있으며, 상기 지지판들의 상기 제1측면들은 함께 결합되며, 상기 중앙 완충 지역이 상기 제1측면들 사이의 지역내에 위치하며, 상기 마찰부재들중 하나가 각 지지판의 상기 제2측면에 접합되는 상기 클러치 디스크 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 적층판 조립체의 상기 적층판쌍들이 그들의 결합 부분들에서만 서로 접촉하는 상기 클러치 디스크 조립체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 쐐기형 미끄럼 지지부들이 상기 클러치 디스크를 통과하는 반경방향 평면에 대해 1°- 5°의 범위내에서 안쪽으로 각을 이루어 뻗는 상기 클러치 디스크 조립체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 적층판들의 축방향 변위를 제한하기 위한 수단을 더 포함하며, 각각의 구멍들이 반경방향으로 연장된 중앙 리브를 형성하는 상기 클러치 디스크 조립체.
