Claims (7)
- 니트로화제로서 질산을 이용하여, 벤젠류를 기상에서 니트로화하여 니트로 벤젠류를 제조함에 있어서, 촉매로서 (A) 다가금속으로 이온 교환된 산성의 층상점토 광물 또는 (B) 멘델레프의 주기율표의 IVA족에 속하는 금속의 산화물과 산화 턴스텐, 산화 몰리브덴, 산화 니오브 또는 산화 아연으로 구성되는 산성 복합 산화물을 사용하는 니트로 벤젠류의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성의 층상점토 광물들은, Al3+,Ti4+,Zr4+,Fe3+,Cr3+,Bi3+또는 La3+와 이온 교환된 몬모릴로 나이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성 복합 산화물들은 TiO2-MoO3,TiO2-WO3,TiO|2-ZnO 또는 ZrO2-WO3인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벤젠류들은 벤젠, 클로로 벤젠 또는 톨루엔인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 질산은 희석 질산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성 층상 점토 광물들은 +1.5이하의 산성도(H0)를 가지는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성 복합산화물들은 +1.5이하의 산성도(H0)를 가지는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
