플루오르화 방향족 디아민의 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명 및 이전기술의 제조방법에 의한 중간물 1/2-BNAF와 최종 생성물 4-BDAF의 생성율을 비교한 그래프이다.

Claims (5)

  1. (1) 우선 2, 2-비스(4-히드록시페닐)헥사플루오로프로판을 알칼리 금속 수산화물과 반응시켜서 2, 2-비스(4-히드록시페닐)헥사플루오로프로판의 2(알칼리 금속)염을 생성시키고 ; (2) 상기염을 파라위치에 적합한 이탈기를 갖는 니트로벤젠 치환체로 처리하여 2, 2-비스[4-(4-니트로페녹시)페닐]헥사플루오로프로판을 생성시키고 ; (3) 공정(2)에서 생성된 니트로 화합물을 환원시켜서 방향족 디아민을 생성시키므로써 하기식의 플루오르화 방향족 디아민을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 공정(1)이 15이상의 시간에 걸쳐서 알칼리 금속 수산화물을 첨가하는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 수산화물을 4시간이하의 시간에 걸쳐서 첨가하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 금속 수산화물을 20분 내지 3시간에 걸쳐서 첨가하는 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 시간이 30분 내지 2시간인 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 99% 이상의 순수한 2, 2-비스[4-(4-아미노페녹시)페닐]헥사플루오로프로판이 제조되는 제조방법.
