Claims (1)

  1. L-페닐알라닌을 촉매사용하에서 메탄올과 에스테르화 반응시켜 제조한 L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르 염산염-메탄을 용액으로 부터 고순도의 L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스레르 염산염을 좋은 결정 형태로 얻는데 있어, 반응 용매인 메탄올을 온도 50℃-75℃사이에서 감압연속증류하여 반응용매를 1차 제거하고 재결정 용매를 서서히 투입하며 같은 방법으로 잔유 메탄올을 제거하여 결정을 얻는것을 특징으로하는 방법.
