Claims (12)

  1. 열가소성 재질을 갖는 잉크리본을 초음파를 통해 내구성 오버-랩 용접을 실시하는 방법의 스텝이; A)용접이 이루어지는 2개의 끝단부 각각이 진공의 적용에 따라 각각의 지지구상에 위치하여 흡착되고: B)적어도 절단면을 갖는 하나의 앤빌로서 그 끝단부를 절단함과 동시에 실링이 이루어지고, C)고 끝단이 오버랩 상태로 만들어져 앤빌상의 다른측 끝단부와 함께, 리본두께에 따라 기 설정된 일정간격을 갖도록 음파봉과 인밸 사이의 간격이 유지되면서 음파봉의 수단에 따라 미리 정한 초음파 에너지를 이용하여 용접하도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 잉크리본의 초음파 용접방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 리본의 절단끝부분이 진공에 의하여 그들 지지구로부터 이동되어짐을 특징으로 하는 잉크리본의 초음파 용접방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다른측으로 용접되는 끝단부들이 상호 평행하도록 정렬됨을 특징으로 하는 잉코리본의 초음파 용접방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 리본들의 끝단부를 위한 지지구들이 수평방향을 따라 이동되고, 음파봉이 수직방향으로 작동됨을 특징으로 하는 잉크리본의 초음파 용접방법.
  5. 리본(7)들이 지지구가 상호 일정간격을 유지하면서 평행하게 대향하는 2개와 롤링 테이블(4)(4′)로 구성되고, 테이블상에 설치된 이들 사이로는 적어도 하나의 절단앤빌(10)과 하나의 응접 앤빌(12)이 길이방향으로 이동 가능하게 배치되며. 리본(7)의 폭과 함께 진공의 적용을 위한 진공홀(6)(6′)을 갖는 가이드홈(5)(5′)이 형성된 상기 롤링 테이블 상반으로 중심과 높이에 따른 조정이 가능한 직사각형 음파봉(1)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 잉크리본의 초음파 용접장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 롤링 테이블(4′)이 높이 방향으로 조절이 가능하게 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 잉크리본의 초음과 용접장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 롤링 테이블(4)(4′)의 길이방향과 높이방향의 조정과 함께 절단 및 용접앤빌(10)(12)들의 길이 방향의 이동이 유압이나 혹은 공압구동 수단들에 의하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 잉크리본의 초음파 용접장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 절단 리본 끝단부를 수용하는 가이드홈(5)(5′)상에 적어도 가이드홈 폭의 2/3이상을 차지하는 오목흠(6a)(8a′)을 형성하여 여기에 진공라인이 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 잉크리본의 초음파 용접장치.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 가이드홈(5)(5′)내의 절단 및 용접 앤빌과 근접하는 지역상에 진공라인과 연결되는 다수의 진공홀(6)(6′)을 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 잉크리본의 초음파 용접장치.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 음파봉(1)과 용접앤빌(12)이 상호 멧칭되는 대향면을 갖도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 잉크리본의 초음파 용접장치.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 절단앤빌(10)과 용접앤빌(12)이 하나의 편으로 이루어지거나, 이들이 동일한 공구 운반대상에 배치되어짐을 특징으로 하는 잉크리본의 초음파 용접장치.
  12. 제5항에 있어서, 절단앤빌(10)과 용접앤빌(12)이 각각의 높이와 각도의 조정이 가능한 설치대에 설치되어짐을 특징으로 하는 잉크기본의 초음파 용접장치.
