제1도와 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 압출기의 한 구체예를 나타내는 개략도이며,
제1도는 그의 개략 횡단면도,
제2도는 그의 개략 평면단면도이다.
제3도는 제1도(또는 제2도)에 나타낸 Ⅰ-Ⅰ선을 따라 취한 단면의 개략도이고, 2조나사 사크루우의 경우에 서로 조합된 육각형으로 이루어진 실린더 내벽의 단면형상을 나타낸다.
Claims (7)
- (A) 굴곡탄성계수가 ASTM D-790에 따라 측정했을 때 20,000㎏/㎝2이상인 열가소성 수지와, (B) 각각이 열가소성 수지, 열가소성탄성중합체 및 합성고무로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고, 굴곡 탄성 계수가 ASTM D-790에 따라 측정했을 때 10,000㎏/㎝2이하인 하나 또는 그 이상의 고분자량 화합물 1 내지 60중량%(조성물기준)으로 이루어지고, 실린더 내벽이 축방향에 직각인 실질적으로 다가형인 단면을 가지고 축방향으로 뻗어있는 적어도 한 지역이 구비된 압출기로 그것들을 혼련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물 또는 중합체 알로이(이하 "조성물" 이라 함)의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더 내벽이 축방향에 직각인 실질적으로 다각형인 단면을 가지고 축방향으로 뻗어있는 지역의 총길이가 실린더 총길이의 20% 이상에 이르는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 압출기에 실린더 내벽이 축방향에 직각인 실질적으로 다각형인 단면을 가지고 압출기의 공급부로부터 노즐까지의 거리의 1/3 내지 2/3의 거리를 따라 축방향으로 뻗어있는 적어도 한 지역이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기한 압출기가 2축 압출기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기한 압출기가 실린더 내벽이 축방향에 직각인 실질적으로 다각형인 단면을 가지고 축방향으로 뻗어있는 지역에 해당하는 스크루우가 서로 맞물린 2조 또는 3조 나사부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 동일한 방향으로 회전하는 형태의 2축 압출기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 실린더 내벽이 축방향에 직각인 실질적으로 다각형인 단면을 가지고, 축방향으로 뻗어있는 지역에 해당하는 스크루우가 역 나사부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 열가소성 수지(A)가 폴리아세탈, 폴리에스테르 및 폴리황화아릴렌 수지 중에서 선택된 것이고 고분자량 화합물(B)이 우레탄, 에스테르, 올레핀과 아크릴레이트 열가소성 수지, 열가소성 탄성중합체 및 합성고무 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
