Claims (1)

  1. 측정 대상의 타이머회로(11)에 시간을 셋팅할 수 있는 EEPROM으로 된 기준시료(3)의 출력 신호를 버퍼회로(4)로 인가하되, 이의 데이터를 버퍼회로(10)를 통하여 컴퓨터(2)와 전송되게 하고 상기 타이머회로(11)의 시한시간을 타임 카운터회로(7)에 의해 시한 시간 표시장치(8)에 표현되도록 연결하며, 타이머회로(11)의 일측단자에는 릴레이 스위치(SW2)를 거쳐 저항(R1)이 연결된 비교 증폭기(OP)에 접속합과 동시에 상기 타이머회로(11)의 타측 단자에는 릴레이 스위치(SW1)를 경유하여 디바이더회로(5)에 연결하고 출력 전류를 인출할 수 있는 또 다른 단자측에는 저항(R3)이 매개되어 있는 비교 증폭기 (OP2)에 접속하며, 또한 각 비교 증폭기 (OP1-OP2)의 출력 신호를 A/D변환기(13)에 인가하고 이의 출력단은 래치 버퍼회로(12)를 거쳐 컴퓨터(2)에 접속하며 기준주파수 발생회로(9)에는 디바이더회로(5)를 연결하도록 하고 컴퓨터(2)에는 트랜지스터(Q1)(Q2)를 통하여 전원(Vcc)이 인가되어 있는 릴레이(RL1)(RL2)를 각각 접속함과 동시에 타임 카운터회로(7)와 버퍼회로(4) 및 전압전류 표시장치(1)를 연결하되 각 회로 및 장치가 동작할 수 있도록 전원부(14)에 접속하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 포탄 시한 신관의 타이머회로(Timer IC)측정장치.
