제3도는 제1도의 스윙 감속기어의 시일링 칼라의 사시도.
Claims (3)
- 스윙감속기어가 설치된 상부구조가 하부구조상에서 스윙베어링을 통해서 스윙운동을 위해서 설치되고 있고, 여기에서 상기 스윙베어링의 내부케이스가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 스윙감속기어의 피니언과 상기 스윙베어링의 상기 내부레이스에 형성된 내부기어휠은 상기 스윙감속기어의 윤활을 위해서 오일용 탱크에서 서로 맞물려 유지되는 스윙장치용 스윙감속기어에 있어서, 케이싱과, 상기 피니언과 일체로된 출력축과, 상기 케이싱 상에서 회전용 상기 출력축을 지지하기 위한 하부베어링과, 상기 피니언의 상부면측상에 위치해 있으며 상기 출력축의 외부주변에 고정된 시일링칼라와, 상기 하부베어링의 하부측상에서 상기 케이싱에 설치된 리테이너와, 하부면측립부분을 갖추고 있으며 상기 시일링칼라의 외부주변과 맞물림이 유지되며 상기 리테이너의 내부주변에 고정된 오일 시일과, 상기 오일시일의 상기 후부면측 립부분이 디스크형 플레이트의 상부표면과 접촉을 유지하도록 상기 시일링칼라의 외부주변상에 설치된 상기 디스크형 플레이트로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스윙 감속 기어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리테이너는 상기 피니언과 상기 내부 기어휠의 협력이빨 사이로부터 압박되어 나온 그리스의 부분이 지나가기 위해 하부끝 부분에 형성된 그리스 통로를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스윙 감속 기어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시일링칼라는 상기 피니언과 상기 내부기어휠의 협력이빨 사이로부터 압박되어 나온 그리스의 부분이 지나가기 위해 하부끝의 내부주변에 형성된 그리스 통로를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스윙 감속 기어.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
