제4도는 본 발명의 비교 시험예에서 수득된 쿠션의 단면도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 주형의 바닥면이 평평하거나 또는 수평면에 대해 40°까지 경사지도를 배치된 주형중에서 하기 단계를 특징으로 하는 다중경도(multihardness)발포 물품의 제조방법, (a) 적어도 두 개의 발포 제형물을 분배하는 적어도 두 개의 주입구를 포함하며, 주입구가 라인 선상에 배치되고, 인접한 주입구 사이의 거리는 주형의 폭보다 적어서 주입구가 평평한 바닥면의 한 모서리나 부근에서 또는 경사진 바닥면의 경사 첨정이나 부근에서 주입구에 의해 그어지는 라인을 따라 주형을 가로질러 이동하도록 되어 있는 분재장치의 배치, (b) 주입구에 의해 경계짓는 라인을 따라 주형을 가로지르는 주입구의 효과적인 상대적인 이동.
    (c) 주입구가 주형 내부위에 직접 있는 동안에 각각의 주입구로부터 발포 제형물의 분배.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 인접한 주입구 사이의 거리는 주형폭의 20%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 인접한 주입구 사이의 거리가 5 내지 50㎝임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 인접한 주입구 사이의 거리가 10 내지 30㎝임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 주입구는 다른 발포 제형물을 분배함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인접한 주입구들을 다른 발포 제형물을 분배함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포 제형물은 폴리우레탄 발포 제형물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 발포 제형물은 유연성 발포체를 제조하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층상 발포시팅 구역 및 밀봉된 사이드롤로 구성된 자동차 시트를 단일 연속 주입 조작으로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
