Claims (1)

  1. 연마체를 지지하는 테이블과 이 테이블을 전후 좌우 방향으로 이동시키는 테이블 이동기구와 선단부에 각각 1개의 자기헤드를 지지할 수 있는 다수의 스핀들을 상기 선단부를 상기 연마체에 대향시킨 상태에서 1열로 평행하게 지지하는 스핀들 지지체와, 상기 각 스핀들을 축선을 중심으로 회전시키는 스핀들 회전기구와, 상기 스핀들 지지체를 스핀들의 정열방향과 직교하는 방향으로 경동시키는 경동기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드의 연마장치.
