Claims (7)

  1. a) 전기전도성 밸브 금속, b) 도전성 중간층 및 c) 전기촉매성 활성물질의 전극 피복물로 이루어진 치수 안정성 양극에 있어서, 중간층이 귀금속 염을 함유하는 용융물을 전기도금으로 침착시켜 밸브 금속에 적용시킨 하나 이상의 귀금속 및/ 또는 귀금속 합금으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 치수안정성 양극.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중간층이 백금 및/또는 이리듐 및/또는 백금-이리듐 합금인 치수안정성 양극.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중간층의 층 두께가 1.5 내지 5μm인 치수안정성 양극.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 밸브 금속이 티탄늄, 탄탈륨, 니오븀, 지르코늄 또는 이들의 합금인 치수안정성 양극.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 전극 피복물이 하나 이상의 백금 금속 산화물인 치수안정성 양극.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전극 피복물이 산화백금 및/또는 산화이리듐인 치수안정성 양극.
  7. 알칼리 금속 크롬산염 또는 알칼리 금속 중크롬산염 용액을 전기분해하여 알칼리 금속 중크롬산염과 크롬산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 전기분해가 제1항에 따르는 치수안정성 양극의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
