Claims (16)

  1. A) 폴리-N-비틸피롤리돈 및 B) 일반식(I)의 반복 구조 단위를 하나 이상 함유하는 하나 하나 이상의 호모- 또는 코폴리아르아미드를 실질적으로 함유하는 균질하게 혼합된 합금.
    상기식에서, E1및 E2는 동일하거나 상이하고,
    Ar1및 Ar1-x-Ar2중에서 선택된 그룹이고, Ar1및 Ar2는 (C1-C6)-알킬, (C1-C6)-알콕시. -CF3또는 할로겐으로 치환될 수 있는 동일하거나 상이한 1,2-페닐렌, 1,3-페닐렌 또는 1,4-페닐렌 라디칼이며, 라디칼 X는 a) 직접 결합, 또는 하기 2가 라디칼 -O-, -SO2-, -CO-, -C(R1)2-(여기에서, R1은 수소, (C1-C|6)-알킬 또는 알킬 그룹의 탄소수가 1내지 4인 플루오로알킬이다)중 하나이거나, b) -Z-Ar1-Z-(여기에서, Z는 -O-또는 -C(CH3)2-라디칼이다)이거나, c) -O-Ar1-Y-Ar2-O-(여기에서, Y는 Xa)하에 정의한 바와 같다)이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐 라디칼이 불소, 염소 또는 브롬인 합금.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 구조 단의 중의 E1그룹이 동일하거나 상이하고, 1,3- 또는 1,4-페닐렌 라디칼,또는라디칼인 합금.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 구조 단위중의 E2그룹이 동일하거나 상이하고, 1,4-페닐렌 라디칼 또는
    (여기에서, R2는 각각 알킬 그룹의 탄소수가 4이하인 저급 알킬 또는 알콕시 라디칼이거나, F, Cl 또는 Br이다) 라디칼, 또는[여기에서, X'은 -C(R1)2- (여기에서, R1은 수소 또는 (C1-C2)-알킬이다)그룹이거나,그룹이다]라디칼인 합금.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리아르아미드가 무작위(random) 공중합체 또는 블록 또는 그래프트 공중합체 형태인 합금.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, a) 폴리-N-비닐피롤리돈 및 b) E1이 2가 p-페닐렌 라디칼이고, E2가 3개의 반복 구조 단위중 각각 2가 p-페닐렌 라디칼, 일반식
    (여기에서, R2는 CH3, OCH3, F, Cl, 또는 Br 이다)의 라디칼, 및 일반식
    (여기에서, X'은 상기 정의한 바와 같다)의 라디칼인 일반식(I)의 무작위 반복 구조 단위를 3개 이상 함유하는 하나 이상의 코폴리아르아미드를 함유하는 합금.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 코폴리아르아미드가 반복 구조단위.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리-N-비닐피롤리돈의 중량 평균 분자량이 1,000내지 3,000,000, 바람직하게는 40,000내지 200,000의 범위인 합금.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리-N-비닐피롤리돈(성분A))이 성분 A)+B)의 총량에 대해 2내지 98중량%, 바람직하게는 15내지 85중량%의 양으로 존재하는 합금.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첨가제를 통상의 양으로 함유하는 합금.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체가 A) 및 B)에 대해 10중량%이하의 양으로 추가로 존재하는 합금.
  12. 용해된 상태 또는 고체 상태의 폴리-N-비닐피롤리돈을 용액, 경계면 또는 용융물축합에 의해 수록된, 일반식(I)의 반복 구조 단위를 하나 이상 함유하는 하나 이상의 호모-또는 코폴리아르아미드 B)용액에 가한 후, 용액으로부터 용매를 제거함을 특징으로 하여, 폴리-N-비닐피롤리돈 및 폴리아르아미드를 함유하는 균질하게 혼화된 합금을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, E1, E2는 동일하거나 상이하고,
    Ar1- 및-Ar1-X-Ar2중에서 선택된 그룹이고, Ar1및Ar2는 (C1-C6)-알킬, (C1-C6)-알콕시, CF3또는 할로겐으로 치환될 수 있는 동일하거나 상이한 1,2-페닐렌, 1,3-페닐렌 또는 1,4-페닐렌라디칼이며, 라티칼 X는 a) 직접 결합, 또는 하기 2가 라디칼 -O-, -SO2-, -CO-, -C(R1)2- (여기에서, R1은 수소, (C1-C|6)-알킬 또는 알킬 그룹의 탄소수가 1내지 4의 플루오로알킬이다)중 하나이거나, b) -Z-Ar1-Z-(여기에서, Z는 -O- 또는 -C(CH3)2-라디칼이다)이거나, c) -O-Ar1-Y-Ar2-O-(여기에서, Y는 Xa)하에 정의한 바와 같다)이다.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 용액 축합반응의 경우, 폴리-N-비닐피롤리돈을 디아민 성분과 함께 용해시키고, 이 혼합물을 디카복실산 클로라이드와 함께 축합시키는 방법.
  14. 제12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 용매를 증발에 의해 제거하는 방법.
  15. 성형품을 제조하기 위한 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 따른 합금의 용도.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 필름, 주조물, 피복물 또는 압축물을 제조하기 위한 용도.
