Claims (6)

  1. 서로에 수직하는 제1 및 제2방향을 갖는 편평한 형상의 섬유 격자 보강재에 있어서, 다수의 제1섬유 다발은 제1방향을 따라 서로에 평행하게 배치되며, 상기 제1섬유 다발의 각각이 적어도 하나의 제1섬유 그룹을 포함하고, 다수의 제2섬유 다발은 제2방향을 따라 서로에 평행하게 배치되며, 상기 제2섬유 다발의 각각이 적어도 하나의 제2섬유 그룹을 포함하고, 상기 제2섬유 다발이 격자 구조물을 형성하기 위해 교차 섹션에서 제1섬유 다발에 수직으로 교차하며, 적어도 하나의 최외층이 제2그룹이 되는 바와 같은 방식으로 상기 제1 및 제2섬유 그룹이 교차 섹션에서 교대로 층을 이루고 있고, 수지 재료는 각 그룹내의 섬유를 접착함과 동시에 상기 그룹들을 서로 접착해주며, 제1그룹의 각각이 제1방향을 따라 배열되는 다수의 섬유를 갖고, 제2그룹의 각각이 제2방향을 따라 배열되는 다수의 섬유를 가지며, 제2섬유 다발의 각각이 제1섬유 다발의 각각보다 많은 수의 섬유를 포함하고 있음으로써, 섬유 격자 보강재가 제2방향에서 보다 제1방향에서 가요성이 더 크도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 격자 보강재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2섬유 다발이 균일한 두께를 갖고, 교차 섹션이 제2섬유 다발의 것과 동일한 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 격자 보강재.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제1 섬유 다발이 균일한 두께를 갖고, 제1섬유 다발의 두께가 제2섬유 다발의 것보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 격자 보강재.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 제1섬유 다발이 균일한 폭을 갖고, 제2섬유 다발이 제1섬유 다발의 것보다 큰 균일한 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 격자 보강재.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제1섬유 다발이 서로로부터 간격을 두고 이격되어 있고, 제2섬유 다발이 또한 서로로부터 간격을 두고 이격되어 있으며, 제2섬유 다발의 간격이 제1섬유 다발의 것보다 길게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 격자 보강재.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제1그룹 및 제2그룹의 각각이 동일수의 섬유를 가지며, 최외층이 제2섬유 그룹이 되는 바와 같은 방식으로 제1 및 제2섬유 그룹이 교차 섹션에서 층을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 격자 보강재.
