Claims (12)
- 다음 구조식으로 표시되는 N-아씰아미노메틸포스폰산(N-acylaminomethylphosphonic acid)의 제조방법여기에서, R은 다음의 (a)(b) 내용을 포함하는 메틸과 아릴로서 이루어진 기로부터 선택되며; (a) 다음 구조식으로 표현되는 아미드와 파라포름알데히드를 무수유기산 내에 존재하게 하며여기에서 R은 위에서 정의한 바와 같고, 이 이후에; (b)이 반응혼합물에 삼할로겐화인을 가하여 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아미드, 파라포름알데히드와 삼할로겐화인을 약 80℃와 150℃ 사이의 온도로 가열하여 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 아미드, 파라포름알데히드와 삼할로겐화인을 약 80℃와 120℃ 사이의 온도로 가열하는 또 다른 반응단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 무수의 유기산은 빙초산(glacial aceticacid) 이나 포름산(formic acid)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-아씰-아미노메틸-포스폰산을 가수분해하여 아미노메틸포스폰산을 만드는 또 다른 반응단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수용성 알칼리금속 수산화물이 가수분해를 위해서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서 알칼리금속 수산화물이 수산화나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서 가수분해를 위해서 강한 수용성 무기산이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서 무기산은 염산이나 황산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 다음의 (a),(b),(c),(d)내용을 포함하는 메틸과 아릴기로서 이루어지는 기로부터 선택된 R을 구조내에 갖는 다음의 구조식으로서 표현되는 N-아씰아미노메틸포스폰산의 제조방법 :(a) 다음의 구조식으로 표현되는 (여기에서 R은 상술한 바와 같음)아미드와 파라포름알데히드를 빙초산에 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.(b) 아미드와 파라포름알데히드를 포함하는 빙초산을 가열하여 용액으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.(c) 이 용액에 삼염화인을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.(d) 삼영화인과 함께 이 용액을 약 80℃와 120℃ 사이 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, N-아씰 아미노메틸포스폰산을 수용성 알칼리 금속 수산화물과 함께 가수분해하여서 아미노메틸포스폰산을 만드는 또 다른 반응단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, N-아씰아미노메틸포스폰산을 강한 수용성 무기산과 함께 가수분해시키는 또 다른 반응단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
