Claims (1)
- 아래 구조식(I)의 공중합 단량체를 카프로락탐에 대하여 소량의 물과 함께 0.3 내지 10몰% 첨가하여 230 내지 280℃에서 5 내지 12시간 반응시킨 후, 상기 반응물에 구조식(Ⅱ)의 디아민을 구조식(I)의 첨가량에 대하여 1±0.3배수만큼 첨가하여 160 내지 195℃에서 15 내지 25시간 반응시킨 후 칩화하여 점도(R,V)가 2.40 내지 2.70이고 -NH2기의 농도가 15 내지 30meq/kg가 되도록 고상중합 시킴을 특징으로 하고 이를 통상의 방법으로 용융방사하는 염기성염료에 가염성인 나이론 6섬유의 제조방법.단, R'는 탄소수 2 내지 8의 탄화수소이며,그릅 중에서 적어도 1종 이상을 선택한 것.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
