무인차 전원 공급장치

본 고안은 생산라인에서 부품운반용으로 사용되는 무인차에 있어서, 판상으로된 피복전원선에 통상의 전원선을 안전하게 연결하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 전원선에 있어서는 원형으로된 것이 일반적이어서 무인차 구동에 부적합 하였다.
본 고안은 무인차 구조상 유리한 판상의 피복 전원선에 전원을 공급하기 위하여 안찰된 것으로써 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
핀상전원선 피복(1)의 일부를 제거하여 판상전원선(2)을 노출시키고, 이에 전원 공급편(3)을 부착한 다음 좌우에서 홀더(4)(401)를 끼워 볼트(5)와 고정볼트(501)(502)및 와셔(6), (7)로 체결한다.
이와같이 된 상태에서 전원공급편(3) 상단의 통공(301)에는 통상의 전원선(8)을 나사(9)로써 결접하고, 좌우에서 커버(10)(101)를 압지토록 하여 결합 구성된 것이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 무인차 전원선 라인중 임의 위치를 선정한 다음, 피복층(1)을 제거하여 형상이 다른 판상 전원선(2)과 통상의 전원선(8)사이를 전원 공급편(3)을 매게로 연결하므로써, 무인차 구조상 유리한 판상의 전원선에 안전하고 확실하게 전원을 공급할 수 있는 특징을 지닌 것이다.

  1. 판상전원선(2)에 홀더(4)(401)로써 전원선(8)이 결접된 전원공급편(3)을 결합하고, 이에 커버(10)(101)를 씌워 클립(11)으로 압지토록 결합구성된 무인차 전원 공급장치.
