방진성(防塵性)과 대전방지성(帶電防止性)이 우수한 무진의(無塵衣)용포지의 제조방법

Claims (3)

  1. 하기식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 대전방시성 화합물을 0.1-5중량% 사용하고, 수용 폴리우레탄 화합물을 1-20%중량, 반응촉매를 5-20중량% 첨가하여서 된 처리액에 도전성 섬유와 풀리에스터 장섬유로써 교직한 고밀도 직물을 첨지한 후 110℃에서 2분간 건렬 처리하여 예비건조 시킨 다음, 텐더(TENTER)를 이용하여 180℃에서 1분간 건열처리하고, 온도범위 80-180℃, 압력범위 5-50㎏/㎠의 로울러에서 칼렌다링(CALENDERING) 처리를 하여 폴리우레탄 피막을 직물표며에 고르게 분포시킴과 동시에 포지의 표면층에 망상구조를 형성 시킴을 특징으로하는 방진성과 대전방지성이 우수한 무진의용 포지의 제조방법.

    n : 1-20의 정수
    m : 10-100의 정수
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 대전방지성 화합물과 섬유를 가교결합시키는 반응촉매로써는 질산아연, 염화아연, 염화알루미늄등의 금속염계 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 무진의용 포지의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유표면층에 3차원 망상구조를 형성 시키기 위해 사용한 수지는 에틸렌 옥사이드쇄를 다량함유하는 수용성 폴리올을 이소시아네이트와 반응시킨 수용성 폴리우레탄수지임을 특징으로 하는 무진의용 포지의 제조방법.
