방전가공의 가공시간 견적장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 의한 가공시간 견적장치의 블럭도.
제2도 (a)∼(d)는 가공시간의 보정의 정도를 결정하는 방법을 기술한 지식기억부의 내용을 도시한 설명도.
제3도는 각 가공단계의 가공시간의 보정의 정도를 지식기억부의 내용에 따라서 처리하는 플로우차트.

Claims (1)

  1. 방전가공시간에 관계된 각종의 가공상황데이타를 입력하는 입력수단, 상기 입력수단에 의해 입력된 각종의 가공상황데이타를 종류마다 기억하는 메모리를 갖는 가공상황기억부, 이상적인 가공시간을 가공조건고유의 가공속도 및 반송량등의 테이타와 가공면적 및 체적데이타에서 산출하는 이상적인 가공시간연산수단, 상기 산출수단에 의해 산출된 이상적인 가공시간을 상기 가공상황기억부에 기억된 데이타에 따라서 보정하기 위한 여러개의 방법을 기억한 지식기억부, 상기 가공상황기억부의 가공환경 및 전극형상에 관한 데이타와 상기 지식기억부의 이들의 상황에 관한 상기 여러개의 방법에 의해 얻어지는 여러개의 결과를 합성하는 것에 의해 가공시간의 보정량을 구하여 상기 이상적인 가공시간을 실제의 가공시간으로 보정하는 추론부, 상기 추론부에 의해 추론된 최종결과를 출력하는 출력수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전가공의 가공시간견적장치.
