제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 고정틀의 바람직한 실시예와 평면 필터 유니트의 사시도.

제 3 도는 평면 필터 유니트의 사시도,
제 4 도는 본 발명의 따라 보호코팅이 부착된 평면 필터 유니트의 단면도이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 차폐 하우징과 다수의 접점단자를 가진 접속기안에 필터 유니트를 고정시키는 틀로서, 상기 필터 유니트에는 상기 접속기의 접점단자들을 수용하는 일정 패턴의 구멍들을 가진 기판이 있고, 상기 고정틀은 상기 필터 유니트 기관에 있는 구멍들의 패턴에 일치하는 패턴의 구멍들을 가진 금속 기초판을 포함하고, 상기 기초판의 양측 가장자리들에는 직립면들이 제공되어 있고, 상기 직립면 각각에는 서로 마주하는 안내홈이 있어서 상기 필터 유니트 기판과 틀에 있는 구멍들의 패턴들이 일치하도록 상기 안내홈들 사이에 상기 기판을 수용하고, 상기 고정틀에는 또한 상기 접속기의 차폐 하우징과 접촉하는 스프링 접점요소들이 제공되어 있는 상기 고정틀.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 안내홈들이 기본적으로 U형의 횡단면을 가지고 있으며, 상기 스프링 접점요소드이 상기 U형 홈들중 적어도 하나에서 밖으로 돌출하는 스프링 립들을 가지고 있는 고정틀.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 립들이 상기 기초판의 적어도 하나의 직립면의 재료로 만들어지는 고정틀.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정틀이, 상기 필터 유니트의 기판의 열팽창계수에 기본적으로 일치하는 열팽창계수를 가진 금속으로 만들어지는 고정틀.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 필터 유니트에는 그 기관의 적어도 한 가장자리에 배치되어 필터 유니트의 접속을 담당하는 전극이 있고, 상기 필터 유니트 기판이 상기 고정틀에 삽입될때 상기 전극은 상기 고정틀의 안내홈안에 들어가도록 위치되어 있고, 상기 전극은 상지 안내홈에 들어있는 고정틀에 납땜되는 고정틀.
  6. 전극 전도성 재료로 된 다수의 접점단자, 상기 접점단자들을 완전히 또는 부분적으로 둘러싸는 전기전도성 재료의 차폐수단 및 필터 유니트를 접속기안에 고정시키는 틀로 구성된 필터 접속기로서, 각각의 접점단자들이 상기 필터 유니트의 기판에 형성된 필터 요소들에 전기적으로 연결되어 있고, 상기 고정틀이 상기 접속기의 차폐수단안에 배치되고 상기 차폐수단에 전기적으로 연결되는 상기 필터 접속기.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 필터 유니트에는 상기 접속기의 접점단자들을 수용하는 일정 패턴의 구멍들이있고, 상기 고정틀에는 상기 필터 유니트 기판에 있는 구멍들의 패턴에 일치하는 패턴의 구멍들이 있고, 상기 고정틀은 직립면들이 양측 가장자리들에 제공되어 있는 기초판을 포함하고, 상기 직립면 각각에는 서로 마주하는 안내홈이 제공되어 있어서 상기 필터 유니트 기판과 틀에 있는 구멍들의 패턴들이 일치하도록 상기 안내홈들 사이에 상기 기판을 수용하고, 상기 고정틀에는 또한 상기 접속기의 차폐수단과 접촉하는 스프링 접점요소들이 제공되어 있는 필터 접속기.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서. 상기 안내홈들이 기본적으로 U형의 횡단면을 가지고 있으며, 상기 스프링 접점 요소들이 상기 U형 홈들중 적어도 하나에서 밖으로 돌출하는 스프링 립들을 가지고 있는 필터 접속기.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 립들이 상기 기초판의 적어도 하나의 직립면의 재료로 만들어지는 필터 접속기.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 차폐수단이 상기 접속기의 금속 하우징이고, 상기 고정틀이, 상기 필터 유니트의 기판의 열팽창계수에 기본적으로 일치하는 열팽창계수를 가진 금속으로 만들어지는 필터 접속기.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 필터 유니트에는 그 기판의 적어도 한 가장자리에 배치되어 필터 유니트의 접속을 담당하는 전극이 있고, 상기 필터 유니트 기판이 상기 고정틀에 삽입될때 상기 전극은 상기 고정틀의 안내홈안에 들어가도록 위치되어 있고, 상기 전극은 상기 안내홈에 들어있는 고정틀에 납땜되는 필터 접속기.
  12. 고정틀에 의해 접속기에 수용되는 필터 유니트로서, 상기 필터 유니트는 일정 패턴의 구멍들과 상기 구멍들 각각의 둘레에 배치된 필터 요소를 가진 전기절연 재료의 기판을 포함하고, 상기 필터 유니트의 표면은 상기 구멍들의 지역을 제외하고 전기절연 재료의 보호코팅으로 덮히고, 상기 보호코팅은 감광성 필름으로 형성되는 상기 필터 유니트.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 구멍들의 패턴은 접속기의 접속단자들을 수용하도록 되고 상기 필터 유니트는 고정틀에 의해 상기 접속기안에 배치되도록 되어 있으며, 상기 틀에는 상기 필터 유니트 기판에 있는 구멍들의 패턴에 일치하는 패턴의 구멍들이 있고, 상기 고정틀은 직립면들이 양측 가장자리들에 제공되어 있는 기초판을 포함하고, 상기 직립면 각각에는 서로 마주하는 안내홈이 있어서 상기 필터 유니트 기판과 틀에 있는 구멍들의 패턴들이 일치하도록 상기 안내홈들 사이에 상기 기판을 수용하고, 상기 고정틀에는 또한 상기 접속기의 차폐수단과 접촉하는 스프링 접점요소들이 제공되어 있는 필터 유니트.
