Claims (2)

  1. 자기헤드코아의 제조방법에 있어서, ⅰ)망간-아연 Ferrite 블럭위에 자성박막을 형성하는 제1공정과, ⅱ)그 위에 1차 glass Molding 제1차 평면 연삭 및 래핑하는 제2공정과, ⅲ)트랙을 가공하는 제3공정과, ⅳ)그 위에 2차 glass Molding을 하고 제2차 평면 연삭 및 래칭하는 제4공정과, ⅴ)2개의 블럭을 접합시키고 절단하는 제5공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드코아의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1차 glass Molding의 두께는 10~200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드코아의 제조방법.
