제5도는 본 발명에 의한 가열로의 작업부위별 처리온도변화 곡선도.

Claims (2)

  1. 페라이트 소성이나 음극선관 결합에 사용되는 가열로에 있어서, 제품의 사용온도까지 가열하였다가 이를 다시 약 120℃까지 서서히 냉각시킬때 냉각공기와 가열된 제품의 열교환에 의해 방출되는 고온(200℃~300℃)의 방출열을 제품 투출부 상측에 착설한 역풍장치의 역풍용 송풍기에 의해 가열부로 역류시켜 주므로서 가열부에서 소모되는 열량이 절감되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 가열로의 폐열회수장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 역풍장치의 역풍용 송풍기 하부에 여러개의 역풍안내판을 착설하고, 그 전방부에는 회동하는 댐퍼를 여러각도로 착설하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 가열로의 폐열회수장치.
