Claims (4)

  1. 상면, 하면, 정면 및 배면, 그리고 제1 및 제2측면들을 포함하고 있는 주변을 가지고 있는 기초부와, 기초부의 상면으로부터 위쪽으로 돌출해 있는 시동펌프와, 기초부의 한쪽면에 연결가능하고 내부챔버를 포함하고 있는 하우징과, 연료챔버안의 적어도 하나의 연료컨디셔닝 유니트와, 연료의 흐름을 시동펌프를 통하여 프레임안의 유입포오트안으로 해서 챔버로 해서 그리고 프레임안의 유출포오트를 통하여 유니트의 밖으로 지향시키기 위한 유통로수단으로 구성되어 있으며, 거기에서 시동펌프는 연료를 유입포오트로부터 수납하기 위한 흡입구멍과 연료를 챔버에 공급하기 위한 배출구멍을 포함하고 있는 소반형상체와, 흡인구멍과 결합되어 소반형상체안의 유체압력이 유입포오트안의 유체압력보다 더 작을때에만 유체를 소반형상체 안으로 들어갈 수 있게 하기 위한 흡입밸브수단과, 배출구멍과 결합되어 소반형상체안의 유체압력이 챔버안의 유체압력보다 더 클 때에만 유체를 소반형상체로부터 챔버안으로 배출시키기 위한 배출밸브수단과, 소반형상체에 밀봉식으로 장착되고 그 위쪽에 돔을 형성하고 있는 다이어프램, 및 소반 형상체와 결합되어 다이어프램이 시동펌프를 수동으로 작동시키기 위한 둥근꼭대기 표면을 제공할 수 있도록 다이어프램을 볼록한 모양으로 바깥쪽으로 가압하기 위한 수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 연료컨디셔닝 유니트.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 기초부의 다른면에 연결된 브래킷과 이 브래킷과 하우징의 사이에 연결되어 브래킷, 기초부 및 하우징을 함께 조립된 유니트로서 지지하기 위한 클립수단을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료컨디셔닝 유니트.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 시동 펌프는 프레임을 형성하기 위해 기초부로부터 일체로 돌출해 있으며 유입포오트로부터 챔버까지 유통로수단은 프레임안에 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료컨디셔닝 유니트.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 시동펌프는 수직흡입구간과 수직배출구간을 포함하고 있는데 그 구간들은 소반형상체의 밑에 아치형 통로를 형성하기 위해 옆으로 간격을 두고 떨어져 있으며, 브래킷은 기초부의 다른쪽면에 연결되어 있고, 클립수단은 브래킷, 프레임 및 하우징을 함께 조립된 유니트로서 지지하기 위하여 브래킷에 고정되어 하우징과의 걸어맞춤상태로 상기 아치형 통로를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료컨디셔닝 유니트.
