제4도는 본 실시예 및 종랠이 직렬형 부압 배력장치의 각각의 출력특성을 표시한 설명도.

Claims (1)

  1. 프론트셀과 리어셀의 의해서 형성된 공간내를 복수의 실로 구획하는 소정수의 센터플레이트와, 상기 센터프레이트와 상기 리어셀을 기밀하고 또한 슬라이드 자재토록 관통하는 밸브 보디와, 이 밸브 보디에 연결됨과 동시에, 상기 복수의 실에 각각 배설되어서 이들의 각실을 각각 부압이 도입되는 정압실과 작동시 대기압의 공기가 도입되는 변압실로 구획한, 상기 복수의 실과 동수의 파워 피스톤과, 상기 밸브 보디에 슬라이드 자재하도록 배설된 밸브 플런저와, 이 밸브 플런저에 연결되고, 상기 밸브 보디내에 진퇴자재 하도록 배설된 입력축과 상기 밸브 보디내에 설치되고, 상기 밸브 플런저가 불작동시에 상기 각 변압실을 대기와 차단함과 동시에 상기 각 정압실에 연통시키든가 또는 이들 정압실과 차단하고, 상기 밸브 플런저가 상기 밸브보디에 대하여 상대적으로 전진이동 했을 때 상기 각 변압실을 각각 통로를 거쳐서 대기와 연통시킴과 동시에 상기 각 정압실과 차단하고, 또한, 상기 밸브 플런저가 상기 밸브 보디에 대해서 상대적으로 후퇴 이동했을때 상기 각 변압실을 대기와 차단함과 동시에 상기 각 정압실에 연통하도록 바꾸어서 제어하는 제어벨브를 구비한 부압 배력장치에 있어서, 상기 각 변압실과 대기를 각각 연통하는 통로중 한개의 통로를 제외한 다른 통로의 공기 유로면적을, 상기 밸브 플런저의 상기 밸브 보디에 대한 상대적인 전진이동에 따라서, 점차 줄어들도록 하고 또한 상기 밸브의 플런저의 상기 밸브 보디에 대한 상대적인 후퇴이동에 따라서 점차 증가하도록 제어하는 가변 오리피스가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부압 배력장치.
